Bollywood no longer has good writers, directors, actors or performers. I don’t remember the last time bollywood produced a good romcom or family movie in the past few years. The industry has no alternative to a shah rukh khan or an aamir khan. That’s because entry of outsiders has been totally restricted and star kids are talent less. To find a PAN India star tou need a pan india talent like SRK. If bollywood thinks they can survive without letting outside talent in, it’s a dumb mistake.

Most of the good female actors have either quit the industry or aren’t doing any regular films like Aishwarya, Priyanka, Anushka. Yami, Bhumi, Kriti might be good actresses but they never got the push which a Madhuri or a Juhi got. Never got massy movies.

The likes of Ayushman and Rajkumar have a very niche audience they cater to. Hrithik ARK and Shahid have no calling, just doing random stuff. Ajay and Akshay have taken the patriotic route and doing al sorts of bizzarre patriotic films and the Khans are a bygone era now. Then who will draw the audiences to theatres? No one is earning so kuch to waste 2-3000 bucks on crap.

I think the likes of KJo are to be blamed for this crisis. People who rejected the idea of new talent. Who ridiculed them to promote talentless star kids like Ananya pandey , sara ali khan and janvi kapoor. Who thought that a varun dhawan can be a salman khan. Marketing and promotion can sell your product not make it better and ultimately quality is what matters.

This is the time BW biggies pay for being an ass to genuinely talented people. A potential SRK from the common audience who lost a film to a Varun Dhawan because he is not a star kid. It’s time they pay. 🙂
