Hey, thanks for sharing. The second article seems interesting and I now remember I read it a long time back too. This seems believable although the source is Reddit.
I have always wondered what went wrong between Kareena and Esha Deol.
They used to be bffs . I remember reading an article from the archives where Kareena had said something like “wait until my bestie Esha Deol makes her debut. She will rock it..” or some such thing when Kareena was asked who she thinks is a promising new comer besides herself.
Hope someone can shed light on this. Rekha Ji?
I don't remember exactly what "went wrong". Others have made some believable suggestions. I also think that maybe it could de due to Kareena distancing herself from anyone who she considered a threat. She became very insecure by the time Esha debuted and her career wasn't going as well as she hoped. That's why you'd only see her hanging out with Malaika's sister.

She has learned from experience, she wouldn't let her daughters do the same mistake she did.. Whether it is them having friends or dating
