Salman Khan has started shooting for a very special guest appearance, an extended cameo, in the Chiranjeevi starrer Godfather. Salman has made it very clear that he would not accept a single penny for his work. A source close to the project informs from Hyderabad, “Chiranjeevi’s producers wanted to pay Salman Rs. 15-20 crores for his guest appearance in Godfather. But Salman was adamant. He told Chiranjeevi he won’t do the cameo if they insisted on paying him."
Chiranjeevi is very excited to welcome Salman on board. In fact, when Salman reached the sets, he was received by Chiranjeevi with a bouquet and the latter called it an absolute joy to team up with Salman.
Chiranjeevi posted a tweet, "Welcome aboard Godfather, Bhai Salman Khan. Your entry has energized everyone and the excitement has gone to the next level. Sharing the screen with you is an absolute joy. Your presence will no doubt give that magical “kick” to the audience."
