The theme is "Love is in the air" and there were four options.  First one is fully based on the events on the day on the show and the rest of the three can be made up using the base options mentioned in the first post.

1) Valentine's Day 

2) Akash & Payal's wedding anniversary 

3) Arnav & Khushi's elopement anniversary.  

You are free to combine both the couples, or choose one couple to write on.

you can choose any scenes from the entire show for either couple. 

All romantic scenes are allowed!

You can write an OS celebrating the anniversaries or the couples celebrating Valentine’s Day! writing wise the only thing from the show you’ll be taking is characters! 😊
