If Abhi accuses Akshu of something like this, he'd destroy the very essence of the character. It'll be too hard to watch. I can't imagine HC and Pranali enacting something like this 

No abhimanyu will blame himself him being a doctor himself couldn't save the child and akshara would feel hurtful as she lost her mom dad then her child too. Both will be in pain and blame themselves and will connect with each other through this pain.
