I don’t understand why some of you are gloating. In this David vs. Goliath story, with David being Sameer W. and Goliath being SRK, David was never supposed to come out on top anyway, unlike in the Biblical book.

The fact of the matter is, some of you said that NCB was corrupt, that BJP and possibly even prime minister Modi was behind the raid and Khan’s subsequent arrest. Did you find any inculpatory evidence yet? 😊 If you did, that would be the time to gloat!

Was Sameer W overzealous? Perhaps! Did he mishandle the case? Looks like it, by all accounts. But he and his team were making hundreds of arrests before and after “the incident”. You ignored all those drug busts and focused only on one raid because of your nauseating obsession with celebrities. 

I don’t think we should judge an individual’s performance and overall career based on one botched case, but that’s my opinion. Hopefully the ministry looking into this agrees with that sentiment.

This guy got away with RUBBISH!..he should be prosecuted against. And the HARM he caused to Aryan Khan and all the others falsely accused in this FAKE DRUG BUST!..the whole NCB, CBI, ED is working like a SLAVE for the current Govt

Factually incorrect because it is the union home ministry headed by Amit Shah which asked the finance ministry to take action against Sameer Wankhede. And it was NCB's director Pradhan who ordered the vigilance probe against Sameer.

Also, at the time your laadla was arrested, Sameer was NCB's zonal director of Mumbai. It was much later that the case was transferred from the Mumbai zone to the central team of the NCB at which point Sameer was taken off the case. I don't think you understand how zones, jurisdictions and delineation of roles and responsibilities work.

14 of the 20 accused in that raid are still named in the most recent charge-sheet so, clearly, it was not a fake raid.

I am not sure what HARM you are talking about but if it's compensation for being wrongfully accused, his dad is loaded and has access to the best of the best lawyers so he may opt for legal action if he's so inclined. If it's reputation 😂, well, you can't change the minds of people however much you try. The rabid fans will remain rabid fans and those who never had any respect for these celebrities will continue to not have any respect.

Millions across the world, especially in countries like China, Russia, Saudi, Pakistan and Iran, who are absolutely innocent and have done nothing illegal are languishing in jail for decades and some of them are actually on death row. Maybe you people should give your (ample) time and attention to those wrongfully convicted? India ranks decently when it comes to open government and rule of law. But then again it's always desirable to aim to become the best so I suppose there's nothing wrong in raising your voice against "injustices" however insignificant they are.

There's a part there about him using stock witnesses and combining drug recoveries from various people and faking it that the drugs came from Aryan. Also about him not following procedures correctly, taking phones when he had no right to, etc. 

But mainly this was a vigilance inquiry about corruption. They found that he had many designer watches and went on trips that he hid from the NCB and lied about his expenses. He also started paying back a loan only after Nawab Malik disclosed it publicly. 

Fraudster Wankhede and his screaming lunatic wife Kranti have expenses that do not match their income. 

There's also a separate investigation going on for his fake caste certificate and bar license.
