Why.. Urvashi.. Why? I don't know whether to laugh or feel bad for her.. 

Why are all her posts and insta bios all like  “first Indian female to do blah blah …thank you so much for this honour”…for the most inconsequential awards? 

Either insecurity or cheap ploy to get attention. Either way it reeks of desperation
