Yes, definitely! Virat lost Pakhi initially due to his fattu nature of not able to confess his feelings and now he is repeating the same with Sai.

Sunny as a friend is able to suggest him to plan wedding anniversary surprise but this bondu friend is not able to show mirror to his friend that because of Virat's fattu nature he lost Pakhi and now Sai.

i dont think virat was fattu first time to lost his love pakhi because his love for samrat was much more than his love for pakhi that's why he did not married pakhi. If he would have genuinely concerned for pakhi not even live just concern than he would have either married her or told her to leave this marriage, but he didn't because of family reputation. But his concern for sai was much more than the concern and reputation of his family that's why he married her.

Now, i agree that due to his inability to speak out and clear up his past he may loose sai.

As far as I remember, after the Yoga session when he wanted to convey to her how he felt about her etc etc he wasn't able to say that and again when Sunny asked him to call her thats when his phone gets damaged by a car. Pakhi calls and it keeps saying switched off as his phone broke. Later when Pakhi calls him again while he was at Gatchiroli, he doesnt recognize the number nor her voice and disconnects the call by saying I dont know you something and thats when Pakhi in ego/anger takes the decision to marry Samrat. So mano ya na mano Virat has always been a fattu IMO.

I don't think again about the first time because if he would have been in love he would have definitely done something, it was first attraction, then guilt. In sai case he has become a fattu because of the fear of her leaving him if he speaks the truth.
