many bollywood deserving candidate are able to take advantage of hollywood why??they are not apply there ?

Hollywood requires multiple auditions and screen tests. If Bollywood actors or actresses can pass them, they'll get a chance to work in their movies. Irrfan Khan and Freida Pinto did a lot of Hollywood movies.
