You see, all of a sudden, I had decided to go through these PS actors profiles and so I spent a whole 10 minutes going through this girl's profile that day. All I wanted was to kill some time and divert my mind from an upcoming presentation that was frustrating me big time. And guess what, after going through her profile, I ended up spending the next 15 minutes wondering what the hell was I doing at that age! and that was all the more frustrating!

Everything aside, she does not seem to be a lot interested in this acting field and only treats the profession as a quick source of side income and instant fame. Which is fine, since she seems to be pretty sorted and settled. Her motive is only dancing and promoting her husband's dance studio. Anyway to each, his/her own. 🤷‍♀️

Appadi ennama avasaram? Paiyan enge odi poidaporaan🙄 I don’t agree with getting married before your education is complete and have secured a job. In this day and age what this girl has done is unheard of I don’t even understand how her parents agreed to this or did they actually make it happen?

If she is not interested, then why the heck she participated in that reality show, Kathanayagi? Also PS PH and creative team didn’t find other actresses to play Raji? Why did they have to select her?
Like you said, to each their own. If she is interested only in dancing, promoting her husband’s dance studio, there are many dance related reality shows and programs she could have participated, why come into acting and not give you 💯🙄🙄🙄

One part they were all joking and Akash pretended to be angry for them bullying Shalini and Makapa mentioned that her husband is getting angry. Yes, I saw a clip where she mentioned that her husband was in the audience, and I lost all interest in watching that show. She keeps posting only dance videos but in any interviews, fun shows, or promotions, she talks about her husband.

I'm all for happy families but I am not watching real couples shows, I'm watching a serial and I expect the serial cast to be together.

If she gives out this much information about her private life, and takes offense to silly jokes in a reality show about her onscreen pairing with Akash, how the heck audience will be able to relate to her or even accept her. I have never seen her promote KR edits in her IG stories. Akash used to but he too stopped doing it especially after his new show in Sun Tv finally started,

This is something that happened with Kumaran and Chitra too. In some 100-episode celebration or 1-year celebration of S1, he danced with his wife, and Chitra danced on her own. Reel couples like Jeeva-Meena and Moorthy-Dhanam did fun tasks together but I think these two did not. It felt really awkward. Then they were rumors that things were not good between them and they did interviews together to show they were just friends and so on. It was honestly so weird.

I do not want a repeat.

I think it was she being a dancer in his studio and falling for the choreographer. In some clip, I heard him or her saying that she proposed to him first and wanted to marry. I tuned out of that interview.

Again snippets from some interview, she wants to act or something so her husband is supporting her. That's why I feel he is following her to all events she is invited to, but then again she is the one mentioning him all the time. She won 2nd place in Kathanayagi and PS team thought aha here is our next Mullai S2 also started immediately after S1, and Aakash said there was not much time to prepare.

Yeah, she could have gone for a dance show with her husband instead and did some role-playing dance to satisfy her desire to act.

I read a comment that said it was her voice and a few comments that agreed with it. But I never confirmed it myself. Her voice in the above-posted video sounds different though. No mood now to find that PS episode to compare but I might check later. You tell me whether it is different.

I always thought Kumaran was cocky and had an attitude when he spoke or in his interviews but found Chitra to be normal, chilled and sorted. I also felt Kumaran eased up with Kavya and Lavanya, probably had a beef only with Chitra. In this case its the opposite, Akash seems to be doing what’s required with his costars in all the other shows, we series he has done so far. Its only in this show, I see the hesitation from him and it is clear because of Shalini and he is trying to be absolutely professional and probably respecting Shalini’s do’s and don’ts.

Just like you said in your other post, I don’t care about any of these actors personal lives. I only see them as characters provided I like the show. But to get your personal life into your professional life and not keeping them separate and putting on restrictions as what they can do onscreen and what they will not do, doesn’t reflect good on their professionalism. If you have so much inhibitions, restrictions and likes/dislikes, then you are in the wrong profession. This is media where collective effort is very important. If you want to do your individual stuff, then be an anchor, dancer, singer, definitely not acting.
At the rate things are going, soon won’t be surprised to see Body Doubles being used in scenes:

I don't think that changed voice is hers. I have definitely heard it in some other show. Just can't remember when or which show it was.

@bold: Yes. You could see a different body language with Kavya and Lavanya. I felt the same too, especially in the scenes where Mullai hugs Kathir, and also in the scene where Mullai is accused of stealing/losing money when it was Kannan who stole it.

@red: Same. One person's hesitation can bring down the team's effort/chemistry. S1 BTS were all fun. Here, you don't get to see the team working together. Our Kumaru (Shakti) posts BTS but the Pandian family is never seen together.

Also, have you noticed some KR scenes where the reaction is not right or weird? These are single shots taken separately and then shown as couple shots. How can you react properly when you are reacting to the camera in the front and not a person? KM also had such shots and it was always . Why are we getting single shots so soon in S2?

I hate body doubles in a serial unless it is for some unavoidable reason.

I hate that I am complaining so much about a serial, but then again I started to watch S2 just for KR and now all this is putting me off.
