1She has zero self awareness. How is she even paying for her PR?
I read the entire article and didn't understand what the backlash was for.
Is it because she used the word 'help'? Umm..what's wrong with that?
I couldn’t understand it either... What’s the backlash about?
Either the article is very sloppily written or I am having an off day which I am having very often these days... Couldn’t make any sense

No, it's because it was a promotional post for Budweiser masked as just another HOB post where her help was being used for promotional gimmick. The last paragraph is why the backlash is:
_________
HOB with #Budweiser encourages you to help those around you get vaccinated against Covid, so that we can be #Stronger Together. Have you helped anyone get vaccinated? Let us know in the comments!

Still don't understand what's wrong with it.
She was sharing a real story from her life and a brand is promoting this and sharing a positive message that we ought to help others get vaccinated, especially those who are hesitating getting it done.
Brands do this all the time. What's the hullabaloo all about?
Because it's an ad post.
New indian ad guidelines say influencers must label branded posts if there’s a material connection between them and the advertisers, failing which, both parties shall be held accountable, the disclosure label should be clear, identifiable and prominent (not buried under hashtags), and specify exactly where, how and for how long these labels must appear.
When promotional posts pretend to be something else, it is hilarious . They are being paid money to highlight their charity, meh.
