I don't have any great idea of who this is - only saw her in Family Man. But if her fashion is like the pics you posted, what is great about it? She's wearing bland clothes like anyone else. Those dresses look like off-the-rack stuff from Kohls and the rest of the time, she's just wearing leggings. 

Kareena has a pretty nice laid-back style. Not trying hard but not looking like she's wearing clothes from the clearance rack at Target either. Just basing this on the pics you posted because I haven't seen any other ones.
