Do Twitter Trends Really Work?

I know it’s indeed a very very sad day for us. Shouldn’t have gotten too attached this show. 

Anyway, just wanted to know does trending on Twitter help a show from not going off air? Has that ever happened in the past? Just want some ray of hope. 

I remember during IPKKND when the lead actor wanted to quit the makers thought of bringing in a new face but social media trend stopped that from happening and the makers instead opted to end it on happy note with the original pair. So in IMMJ2 too there is scope for a successful trend that will stop the makers and broadcasters form pulling the plug on the show. Or maybe this is just my wishful thinking 💭 

As far as i know it doesnt work that way...  Ab toh aise lg rha h colors pe hi thk tha show... Voot pe laana was a bad idea of ph.. 🤪
