Episode begins with Vanraj donating blood for Anupama , Kavya fuming at the thoughts of Vanraj still thinking and doing stuff for Anupama ignoring his new bride on their first night .
Raghav is pleased to learn Anu an had married Ning blood groups and Anu had donated him blood in the past .
Kavya has performed the rasam of peheli,rasoi and cooked Kheer . She offers Babuji the first serving . He gives her a big currency note as Shagun and offers the katori near Tulasi plant .
Kavya feels insulted and creates a ruckus that her peheli rasoi dish was being given to plants .
Babuji calmly explains that she had become bahu yet knew nothing . That was no ordinary plant ..it was aTulasi mata . She was goddess and he was offering Bhog to Devi .after some time he would eat that as Prasad . Asks her to learn certain things about the family .
Toshu and a Kinjal,have loving emotional reunion . They hug .
Rakhi co fronts Kinjal for giving Manupama more importance rather than Kavya who was her Saasuma now , Kinjal makes her priorities clear to Rakhi mom n refuses to be influenced . She wants to look after Anupama and Baa Babuji .
At Anupama’house .. pakhi, Toshu , Kinjal, Dolly, Nandini all gather to decorate the place for Anupama’s grand welcome .
Outside the IVU Vanraj and Samar are horrified as Anupama’s condition deteriorates.

I seriously love Kinjal...she is the first one who actually understood that her mummy needs rest aur sirf hawe mein baat nahi ki ,she took steps for example taking care of babuji as well n convincing her mummy's son that they should share her load
She is the one who will guide all the other youngsters and she will be the next pillar of the Shah family . Vanraj, Toshu and Pakhi are useless . Sush I love the hug on your DP
