I got to watch a good quality video of today's episode this early my morning šŸ˜². Koi maaro mujhe, I had decided not to create new posts šŸ˜’šŸ¤.

I am here to share what I understood from Virat's reaction after Pakhi asked him why he reminded her of the past when he had claimed that he has forgotten his past.

It was a reaction as that of regret to have spoken what he spoke. He had unknowingly spoken something which had brought up the past. He had gone to her to ask for help and not to be reminded of or remind her of the past.

He realised how foolish he was to have brought that instance to convince her to participate in the skit. It was like blaming himself as how he didn't even think that he should have been conscious or thought about what he should or should not speak.

He had told her that it was all in the past and that he has moved on, he had told her that she needs to understand that they both are married to two different people now, that she should let go of the past. But he had made a mistake by bringing up a thing from their past without giving much of a thought as how it would come across to her. It is his duty too to ensure that he stays in his limits, in his maryada, so even if that was unintentional, slip of a tongue, he felt guilty that he should have taken care to have not brought that up especially to her.

That is why he had immediately clarified that he wasn't there to talk or remember about his past and that he had only come to seek help from her. He was kind of cursing himself that he had spoken something by mistake which made it look as if he has not forgotten the past or as if he was trying to remind her of the past.

Same pinch. I had decided not to comment or have any opinion on the episodes from now on.

I would've skipped this scene except for the varying opinions here.

At the outset, I don't like them together in the same space. So for me to watch it and be neutral took a lot of self controlšŸ˜† and mental jugglery.

But today's scene for me played out the way you said it. Virat said it quite cheerfully, that he remembered her talking about her acting. But she naturally felt bad and said ..why did you remind me?

I think that expression indicated that he had unwittingly taken her back to the space he doesn't want to go to.

@bold yeah, why give so much importance to a show which keeps disappointing us šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø.

Exactly, I just came to know about his reaction and tried to watch it just to know of his reaction. I was certain that he wasn't feeling bad about his past even before I watched the scene.

Watched so that I could share my views on his reaction. Thankfully there was a video uploaded that I could watch.

This post is only about the reaction in that scene.

I always read ur post and ur analysis n understanding of characters n situations is great n in depth

Sorry .. but today I couldnā€™t connect with Neil as Virat .. For me he is off in that scene..if itā€™s his guilt then it didnā€™t reached me.. n absolutely no need of teary/pleading eyes..

Guilt should be for right reason n for someone with whom u have done wrong..

He wasn't guilty due to his past. He was guilty for what he spoke. Let me edit my post. Even if it was a slip of a tongue, he regretted to have spoken something which he shouldn't have. It only made her think that he is talking about the past whereas he had gone to her to ask for her help and had unknowingly spoke whatever he spoke.

Edited the 2nd paragraph. Looks like the word guilt was mistaken. I only meant to say that he regretted to have spoken something unknowingly thereby bringing up the past which he didn't want to remember and also didn't want to remind her.

I totally agree with your analysis and personally I also didn't find anything wrong with Virat's expressions but I can understand how some people may interpret the scene differently.

I did not like the direction of the scene. Virat and Pakhi should have been more apart from each other. It is the responsibility of the team to look into these matters. They are ruining very important scenes because of this.

There has been many Sairat scenes in the past and recently where they have been too far from each other , for Eg. the dinning table scene where they are feeding each other. There was 3 feet distance between the two.

I don't know why they are not concentrating on some of these aspects. The leads costumes are bad and now the direction is also not upto the mark. On top of that more and more drama. How much do they want the fans to understand and let go?

I know and understand, they couldn't take care of such things? I was actually a little upset even in the confrontation scene between Pakhi and Virat after he returned from GC too šŸ˜£. I just ignored it, had a discussion with a friend who had apparently noticed the same.
