"Mujhe haq nahi hai?" Hurt and anguish lacing his tone. "Haan, nahi hai aapko koi haq, jaisa aajtak aap logon ne mujhe treat kiya haina,uske baad aapko koi haq nqhi banta mere upar, no rights, samjhe aap." Anika said in a calm yet a cold voice. "Pata hai, Anika tumhare upar yeh cold expressions suit nahi karte hain." Shivaay tried to make the mood light but the humour in his eyes faded away with her reply, " aap shayad bhul rahe hain ki aap mere cold expressions mein phass kar kai galtiyaan kar chuke hain. Arey haan! Aapki toh yaadash jaa chuki haina, sorry bhul gayi thi." She replied with sarcasm and angered filled expressions.                               ------- He knew he has to face all this because of his own stupidity. He was upset and angry but not on Anika or anyone else, on himself. He just forgot that protecting his family means protecting his wife too. She was his family too. He always forgot that. She always forgot she was the one who trusted him in that Tia's pregnancy fiasco, every time she proved it that she loved him more than anything by making everyone think herself as gold-digger, or it might be giving up her self-respect. And now he has decided to give the importance Anika deserves to her, now he'll expose that luchi-tuchi 2rs Tanya, and will live happily with his Anika.                             ------- Anika was looking at the nuptial chain that Shivaay made her on their day of marriage, with a promise that he'll be there for her, forever. But once again he failed to be true on his words. Last time it was he will trust her whatever may the case be but that also he failed to trust her, that led to their separation. And it might again be the result of his behaviour. Where does she fails to tell him that he could trust her with anything and everything? Is she at fault, again? Her these insecurities were always their in their relationship. That does she deserve him? Does he deserve her? Or is she the cause of his miseries? But that she never let those insecurities take a toll on her. She was always trying to mend their relationship but was he ever? No, that was supposed to be two-sided efforts but she was the one who put all her energy, strength and guts to make their relationship work. While in these thoughts she heard some sounds, so she laid and closed her eyes, then suddenly she felt a pair of hands around her waist, no wonder who he was, Shivaay. Both of them knew that they can't sleep without each other's warmth but when Shivaay laid beside her he could hear his voice soft and baked with guilt saying " I am so sorry, Anika. I know you deserve someone better than me, you know what you did today broke my heart but you know the version of yourself you became today was the version of you which I fell in love with. Par Anika ek baat humesha yaad rakhna humara divorce ho na ho, meri dil mein sirf tum rahogi." Was what she heard him say. For second she was amused, then she realised that he might be thinking she was asleep. But what shocked her more was how he indirectly said that He'll love her forever, even if their divorce happened. Though she was upset with him but she can feel his insecurities coming out as well. She thought it was her who had i securities because she was totally in their relationship, but today when she heard him she realised he was also in the relationship. She realised that no relation can be on one-sided efforts. Efforts have to be from both the sides. She felt her shoulder getting wet, next thing she knew was she realised his crying, with she realising his trust on her. She knew he didn't cry in front of anyone but he trusted her that he can cry on her shoulder. He knew, he trusted that she would wipe his tears, she would not judge him, she would never mock him for crying. Now she understood the depth of his love. She knew he had done it for some reason but she needed to know the reason. Yet again, a realisation hit her hard, that she was once on his place for protecting him, she broke his heart and today he was on her place, forced to break her heart. Now she knew she won't do the mistake he did. She felt him back hugging her, so she also cocooned herself in his arms. Now shivaay knew that she also missed him, his warmth, he was sorry for whatever he did with Anika but he was frustrated at himself for ruining their first night. He still remembered how her face turned into a perfect 'O' shape. How she gave him names, like Cheapde Singh Oberoi, Mr.Chalu Cheez, etc. But now his only mission was to protect their relationship in falling prey in front of the person behind all this blackmail melodrama.  She also promised herself and Shivaay that now she will support him indirectly by only giving him some hints that thingd could be still sorted out, cause she has to let him know that she is still upset. She wanted to what her Bagad Billa do for her. He might say I Love You, but she knew this day will come after they have their kids in their next birth. She now will protect her self respect and their relationship both at the same time.
