                         Chapter-51

Maan was driving the car very angrily not even glancing at her for a second. Observing it Geet felt bad as he is very upset with her, tried to talk to him, "Maan!" she whispered slowly.

Though maan heard her, he ignored concentrating on the road. Feeling thirsty, she looked for water, but couldn't find it, again asked him, "Maan pani hai kya?"

Silently taking out the bottle he handed to her along with a chocolate bar, as she had not eaten anything.

Looking at him, "Thnx!" and drank the water, not in a mood to eat the chocolate kept it back, which was observed by maan but didn't say anything.

In other SUV, "Sameer, Hospital chalo...bahut khoon behraha inki chot se!" Sakshi said glancing at Arjun in worry, "Kya jarurat thi tumhe beech mei jane ki Arjun?"

"Sakshi jisko dekhne keliye mera ankh taras raha tha, usse kuch hone kaise desaktha...aur Rathod, Khurana mansion chalo seedha, mei bilkul theek huh!" He said with a finality.

The team looked at him with frown, while Shree face became stiff.

Reaching the mansion, Maan opened the door with force, catching her hand he started dragging inside not even concerned of her pleas to stop. This was saw by others who cameout of their cars.

Geet trying to free herself, "Maan....please chodiye!" But her pleas went deaf to him. The family who were waiting for them stood up seeing Maan who was pulling Geet inside. Seeing her safe they relaxed but got shocked when Maan pushed her with force due to which she fell on the floor.

"Maan!"

"Bhai!"

The family yelled on him but Maan showed his hand stopping them, "Koi aage nahi ayega!" He said in firm dangerous voice halting them.

This behaviour of maan brought protective side of Arjun and Sameer who came front, "Mr Khurana yeh kaisa bartav hai apne patni ke saath?"

"ACP Rawte, please it's our family matter, apne humhara bahut madad kiya lekin khurana parivaar ke baaton mei khaskhar mere aur meri patni ke beech mei koi nahi bolsakthe!" Maan replied to them which had hurt not only them but also Geet who looked down in guilt.

Maan turning his focus on her pulled her up roughly catching her hand, which made her yell in pain, "Ahh...Maan!"

Ignoring it, he tightened his grip twisting her hand at back holding tightly, glared with bloodshot eyes, "Bolo Geet kyu kiya yeh sab....manakiya tha meine ki aisa kuch mat karna ki humhare rishte par asar dhikhayega....kyu nahi mani tum meri baat!"

"Kyu mere manna karne ke bawajood tum iss ghar ki dahleej par ki....kyu kiya tumne yeh sab batao!" He shook her shoulders yelling furiously.

Geet looked down tears streaming down her eyes, "Maan...please samajne ki koshish kijiye mei undonon ko khatre mei nahi chodsakthi!"

"Aur meine kaha, undono ko kuch nahi hoga kya itnasa vishwaas nahi apne maan, apne pati par?" He asked taking a step back, leaving his hold, as her tears were hurting him which was because of his tight hold.

Shaking her head, "Nahi maan...aisa kuch nahi, aapne aap se jyada vishwas hai aap par lekin meri taqdeer par nahi!"

"Nahi khona chahti mei undono ko!" She whispered slowly.

"Har baar yeh kehkar tum apne galti ko sahi nahi tehra sakthi Geet....issbar tum joh bhi kiya woh mere bardaash ki seema ko todhi diya, you have crossed the patience of mine!" Maan shouted loudly which scared her.

Catching her elbow tightly he pulled her to face him, Staring at her eyes, "aaj tak mei tumhari har galti ko ek nadani samaj kar choddiya, bale hih ghar mei sab tumse narazhua, uss sleeping pills ke baad lekin meine kuch nahi kaha, kyunki mujhe tumhari fikar thi!"

"Par aaj joh tumne kiya, woh pure hoshoawaz se kiya, woh bhi mere mana karne ke baad ...... Abh tak tum mere gusse ko dekha hih nahi lekin aabh tumhe pata chalega ki jitni shidat se Maan khurana pyaar kartha unti hih shidat se apne naarezgi aur gussa bhi nibasakthe hai, and I promise you Geet, iss bhar tumhare assu bhi mujhe nahi pigalsakthe!"

Leaving her hand, "Aajse balki abhise, mere patni hone ka sare hakh cheen raha huh tumse mei!" He said which shocked her to the core, whispered, "Maan!"

Her voice broke him thousand times, but was firm on his decision, to teach a lesson. "har baar geet, har baar tum kuch aisa kardeti hoh jiskekaran humhare iss pyaar aur rishte mei darar paidha hote. kitne baar kaha kuch hai toh mujhse kaho lekin nahi, jhoot bholna, baat na mana, apni manmani karna tumhari adat hogai! issbaar tumhe sabak sikhage rahunga mei."

No one said a word, while Samjun closed their eyes as they never want to see their sister in that state.

Geet fell onto her knees lifelessly listening to him, while Maan left the hall without turning back. The family surrounded her, "Guidya please sambhalo apne aap ko, bhai bahut gusse mei hai!" Vicky tried to console her but she shook her head, "Nahi.. woh mujhse nafrat kartha hai Vicky!"

"Nahi princess, bhai tumse bahut pyaar karthe hai dekhna woh bahut jald maanjayega!" Yash replied caressing her hair.

"Usko jhoota tasali dene ki koi jarurat nahi.... she crossed all limits today" Arjun said making everyone to glance at him, not even caring their looks, " .....Arpita.... Geet ko apne kamre mei lejao...." Arjun requested his wife who nodded. As she left, "ACP Arjun, Armaan apke dressing kardega and thankyou humhari behan ki jaan bachane keliye!" and looked at Armaan who nodded.

Armaan took them to guest room, Sakshi helped Arjun to remove his shirt, Armaan taking place beside looked at wound, gently started cleaning with cotton, "Thnx ACP Rawte, aapne Geet ki jaan bachakar humpar bahut upakar kiya hai....!"

They were very suprised, but Sameer interferred, "Dekhne mei aisa nahi lagta Dr, kyunki jistarah aapke dost ne uske saath aisa vyavahar kiya usse dekhe lagta koi farak hih nahi padta hai unko!"

Armaan shaking his head, "Aaplog Maan ki pyaar nahi dekhe issliye aise bolrahe, par iss duniya mei Geet ko Maan ke alawa utna pyaar koi nahi desaktha!"

"Uski jaan hai woh!" He replied fondly.

Cleaning the wound, "Stiches lagega, anesthesia se koi allergy toh nahi hai na apko?" He asked to Arjun who nodded in no.

Injecting the anesthesia, he started stitching the wound, "Par woh neeche joh kuch bhi huwa, woh sab?"

"Woh bhi maan ki pyaar ka hih ek roop hain....haa bahut gusse mei hain aur kyu na hoh, Geet ne kaam hih aisa kiya....aapsab hih sochiye ek maabaap, bache se sakth tabhi hote jab unhe kuch seekhana hoh aisa hih, Maan sakth se peehsha raha kyunki Geet ko yeh ehsaas dilane ki woh abh akeli nahi uski zindagi Maan se judi huyi hai, Mrs Khurana aur Khurana parivaar ki badi bahu hona utna asann nahi hai!"

"Samai ane par usse Mrs Maan Khurana hone ki bahut sare emtiyaan dena hai!" He replied as it's a fact., "She has to be physically and mentally strong!"

Here Geet coming to their room, "Bhabhi aap jayiye mei theek huh!"

"Geet!" Arpita called her gently.

"Bhabhi, sach mei I am fine....aapsab chinta mat kijiye mei todhi der baad milti huh aapse!" Geet replied looking at them who nodded and left from there with hesitation.

Closing the door, she sat near the door hugging her knees, crying furiously.....as she had hurt maan to an extent that now he is very angry on her, mumbled, "Sorry Maan...please mujhe maaf kijiye!"

She knew whatever she did had hurt the family but still she couldn't leave her sisters in danger. Suddenly her thoughts went to other person, "babaji, Arjun bhai aur Sam bhai ko itne saal baad dekhe kaise react karu kuch samaj nahi arraha....pata nahi woh kaise react karenghe mujhe dekhkar, mujhe bahut chinta horrahi, please aap hih koi rasta dhikayiye na!"

Remembering how Arjun saved her she immediately got up and got ready as her clothes were dirty and torn at few places when she fell.

She moved slowly out to room, didnot know where they were staying. Seeing nakul she called him, "Kaka...kya apko pata joh guests aye woh kaha hai?"

"Haa bitiya ji, woh log iss floor ke guest room pe hai!" He replied. Thanking him,she moved slowly not keeping pressure on her leg as it's paining her.

Coming near to the room she saw the whole team was present, hesitated to go but still raised her hand and knocked startling them.

Everyone stopped talking and looked at the door, frowned seeing her.

"Kya mei andar aa sakthi huh!" She mumbled slowly.

Before Sameer could reply, Armaan who was still inside, "Haa Geet....ismei puchne ki kya baat hai, avo ander!"

Nodding she entered inside, looking at her, "Tum yaha kya karne ayi Geet, Maan ko pata hai kya? tum aram karne baje yaha ayi hoh!"

"Unhe tab pata chalega, jab woh ghar par honghe na...woh ghar pe nahi hai bhai...aur mei issliye yaha ayi kyunki..." Glancing at Samjun, "Mujhe inhe thankyou bolne thi!"

Taking slow steps she moved forward at the same time Arjun entered, seeing her, "Geet tum yaha, aram karne bolne tey na hum!" He shouted angrily.

"Arjun chod, woh bas inse tq bolne ayi!" Armaan stopped him before he could scold.

"Armaan, chup tu aajkal bahut bacharahe hoh isse, agar Maan ko pata chalega, pata haina kya hota!" Arjun said.

"Aur tum jao aur aram karo!"

"Bhai please inse baat karni hai mujhe, I promise uske baad jarur aram karungi!" Geet pleaded looking at him.

"Theek hain, Armaan mujhe tumse kuch baat karna hai!" And took him outside.

As they left the room became quiet, Geet felt conscious as all were staring at her. Taking few steps, she whispered "Bhai!"

Arjun closed his eyes, hearing her voice.....but making a determined opinion he opened his eyes, "Batayiye Mrs Khurana yaha ane ki wajah!"

Him calling her that, had hurt her, "Bhai mei apki anju huh!"

But it only angered him, "Khabardar dubara tumhare muh se anju suna toh...margayi meri anju uss shan jiss shan iss jhoote maut ke natak se parda utha!"

Moving towards him she tried to catch his hand but Arjun sided his hand due to which he felt pain, yelled, "Ahhh!"

Hearing his voice all were startled, Sakshi looking at him, "Arjun please calm down...." Glaring at Geet, "Aur tum nikhlo yaha se, dubara apne shakal mat dikana...Arjun ke yeh halath tumhare wajah se hai!"

"Bhabhi!" Geet whispered, but she shook her head, pointing the finger, "Bhabhi mat bhulaov, Jab Arjun tumse koi rishta nahi rakhna chahte toh mei kyu rakhungi..."

Geet was very hurt by her words, "Bhai please meri baat suniye!" But Sam came infront stopping her from going further, "Akela chodo humhe Geet, na tumhari safai ki jarurat hai na koi reason ki!"

"Isse pehle mei yeh bhuljao tum humhari behan reha karthi thi, nikaljao yaha se!" Sam glared at her.

The past tense usage by him was hurting her, tears streamed down looking at him, "bhai!"

Riya catching her hand dragged her out of the place, "sunha haina kya kaha woh sab!"

Vicky who was coming from otherside, glared at her, "What the hell is this?"

"Himmat bhi kaise huyi meri guidya par chilane ki!" Vicky fired on Riya.

"Mr Vikranth Khurana, sorry for her behaviour lekin isse pehle hum kuch kare kahiye apne bhabhi se ki dubara humse baat karne ki koshish na kare!" Sameer said though he was angry at Riya's behaviour.

Vicky sighed looking at Geet, "Gudiya yaha kyu ayi hoh?"

"Vicky mujhe bhaiya se baat karni hai...please tum hih kaho na Sam bhai se ki mujhe unse milne de!" Geet pleaded looking at Sameer, but he unheard her and went inside.

"Guidya woh log bahut gusse mei hai baad mei baat karthe...tum chalo yaha se!" and took her towards the room.

"Aram karo...mei kuch mangwata huh khane keliye!" He said making her lie on the bed.

Before he could go she caught his hand, " vicky!"

Taking place beside her he stroked her hairs gently, "Gudiya jyada mat socho...sab theek hoga! Mei huh na tumhari saath!"

"Par kaise Vicky, ek aor Maan ki gussa toh dusri aor unsab ki narazegi!" Geet whispered with heavy voice.

"Bhaiya bahut gusse mei hain, unhe samjana mushkil hoga lekin hum try karthe hai...aur rahi baat unki toh dekhte hai kya karna hai! Pehle tum theek hojao!" He assured her.

He made her eat and gave medicines, due to which she slept immediately. Pressing a kiss on her forehead he left the room.

In office, the staff were afraid as maan was in very bad mood. They were working in fear as maan had scolded everyone who went inside and returned back in tears.

Maan called Tasha inside to dictate, he noticed she was not concentrating stood, "Kya likh rahi hoh!" and snatched the book.

Seeing she didn't write anything he glared at her throwing the book, "yeh sab kya hai?"

"Mei kya bolraha aur tumne kya likhi, aisa hih kaam karthe hai kya?" Maan fired at her who shivered due to his anger.

"Aur yeh files sab incomplete kyu hai...tumsab ko mei aiwai hih naukari mei rakha kya?"

"Sir... Woh projects aapke bhai yani Vicky sir, yash sir manage karrahe mam ke saath. Aur uss Goenka ke project par Geet karrahi..." Sasha replied, listening Geet name his anger increased, "Out everyone!"

Once they went, he banged his hand on the table, "Geet!" Moving inside the attached room, he opened the lock of important files....took out a green file which is the only file present inside. Going towards the couch, he stared at the name on the file, Geetanjali Agnihotri ...tracing the name gently. "Geet aaj tak mei kabhi yeh file nahi khola....lekin tumne mujhe mazboor kiya!" and opened it, started reading, looking at few childhood photographs of hers, stared at them with love. Reading it, he closed the file.

At the same time his phone rang, "bolo Armaan!"

"Armaan nahi Arjun, ho kya gaya tujhe maan...Geet ko aisi halath mei chodkar tum office gaye...jaldi ghar pahuncho!"

"Arjun dekh mei ghar nahi anewala....joh karna hai karlo tumsab, Geet ki chehre dekhte hih mera gussa asmaan par paunchraha!" Maan replied but Arjun words shocked him, "Maan... Uski tabeeth theek nahi hai...bhukar chada hai usse!"

"Neendh mei bhi tumhari naam pukarrahi woh!" Arjun replied.

Hearing him maan got concerned, "Araha huh abhi!" He mumbled closing his eyes.

Maan locked the file, took remaing pending files with him. He reached mansion after few minutes. Noticing him, "Maan yeh sab kya hai?"

Keeping the files on table, "Kuch nahi....chalo!" Entering into his room he saw wet cloth on her forehead, and her whispering his name in sleep, softened his eyes, "kya hua?" Taking a step.

They all felt his emotionless tone, frowned yet replied, "Bhukar hai....103 degrees ka! Shayad bahut dari huyi hogi!"

"Agar dusron ki baat manleti toh yeh naubat nahi atha....iskeliye mujhe bhulane ki jarurat hih kya?" Maan asked them.

"Bhai...naraz hai  samajtha huh, lekin kuch toh concern dhikayiye uski taraf!" Yash said to him.

"Tumsab ko usse sar par chadana hai chadao mujhe mat kaho...!" He said leaving the room, "Aur haa neeche files hai joh complete nahi hai...pura karo usse...I want by tomorrow evng!"

Otherside in guest room, after Riya threw Geet outside, Arjun glared at her, "Riya aaj joh kiya so kiya lekin agli baar meri behan par haath bhi lagaya toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga!"

"Sir!" Riya frowned at him.

"Stop Riya...agar usse kuch kehna hai toh woh hakh keval humhara hai kisior ke naahi!" Sameer informed her.

"Arjun....yeh sab chodo aur aram karo!"

Shaking his head in no, "aisa kya hua ki itni badi khel rachi woh....kya hua deedh saal pehle!"

"Rawte jyada mat socho....chahe reason kuch bhi hoh lekin usse itni asani se maafi nahi milega! Team move and take rest....humhara flight hai kal!" Sameer informed them.

Hearing him Arjun shook his head, "Nahi Rathod tumhe jana hai jao lekin apni behan ko chodkar mei nahi jane wala....woh bhi bina sach jane!"

Arjun closed his eyes not to hear anything while the team looked at him in sympathy.

Later they came down and saw the family members were present in the hall. Maan looking at them, "ACP Arjun, aapke tabeeth kaise hai abh?"

Arjun nodded slowly, analyzing him....Maan watching his actions, "mujhe decode karne ki koi jarurat nahi ACP...I am straight forward and Frank. Haa subah apko beech mei na bolne ko bola mei lekin woh ek pati-patni ke beech ki mamla hai issliye rokha.. don't mind!"

Arjun nodded at him, Geet who got up saw her friends beside asked, "kya hua?"

"Tumhe bhukar thi issliye tandhe pani ki patti rakhe hum!" Meera replied checking her forehead sighed as it was not hot.

Nodding she looked around but got sad not seeing him, "Maan?"

"Bhai aye tey par neeche hai!" Sneha replied slowly.

Geet got up, "chalo neeche chalte!"

The three descended down. Everyone noticed them, Sneha and meera moved forward while Geet concentration was only on Maan...who was not even looking at her though he could feel her presence.

Geet coming down sat on otherside opposite to maan. Vicky coming to her, "Abh kaise hoh?" He asked caressing her head.

Geet nodded still staring at maan, while the team especially Samjun got confused. Armaan coming checked her, "halkasa bhukar abhi bhi hai...kal tak theek hoga!"

"Geet ek second!" Arjun requested coming to her.

Geet looking up, noticed what was in his hand, "bhai...mujhe injection nahi chahiye!"

"Geet jaruri hai..!" Arjun replied firmly but Geet shook her head in no.

The family were requesting her but she was adamant not to take it. Maan observing it got fed and stood up, going towards her.

Seeing him All moved aside, while Geet shook her head, "Maan aap dur rahiye mujhse!" But maan giving a glare sat beside her and took into hug ignoring her protest.

"Arjun!" He said holding her tightly who was struggling to free herself, "Maan... please nahi chahiye mujhe woh!"

Maan not hearing, lifted her sleeves, giving way for Arjun who quickly cleaned and inserted the needle. Due to medicine Geet yelled loudly. Samjun closed their eyes hearing her painful whimper.

Once it was done Maan left her, taking her left hand he said, "Blood bhi lo test keliye!"

Geet tried to take her hand back but he held it firmly as Armaan withdraw the blood in empty syringe. Once it was done Maan left her moving to his place.

Geet looked at him in tears, as his behaviour was hurting her more than anything, Her friends sat beside comforting her.

The ETF team looked at them, When they were alone, "Shree...mujhe iss parivaar aur khaaskhar Maan khurana ki information chahiye!" Which startled everyone.

Shree listening to him, "Sir... Khurana, Rathod aur Agnihotri yeh teenon parivaar saalon se ek hai...kehne mei alag surnames lekin hai ek. Bahut pyaar aur vishwaas hai ek dusre mei. Khurana parivaar ke bada beta, Maan Singh Khurana joh apne dadaji se bachpan mei hih businesses ki usool seekha woh bhi paanch saal ke umar mei. Armaan Agnihotri aur Arjun Rathod dono family hospital Sanjeevani ko chalate unke wife's ke saath. Mr Agnihotri, ek haadse ke baad India se shift hogai.... kuch mahine pehle hih apne wife ke saath India aya! Baki Vicky, yash, meera aur sneha joh ek dusre se bahut pyaar karthe bachpan se hih!"

"Yeh sab theek hai lekin Maan khurana ki bartav Geet se bahut rude hai!" Sameer said.

"Sameer humsab yeh kyu discuss karrahe....aapko koi farak nahi padta right!" Ayesha interferred while he became tight-lipped.

Shree was not quiet listening to him, "Sir sorry to say aap keval apne behan ke side se dekhrahe....lekin woh side nazar andaz karrahe joh sach hai!"

"Matlab kya hai?" Arjun asked him sternly as it was first time Shree opposed them.

"Yahi ki aapko yeh dikai deraha ki Mr Khurana, Mrs khurana se rudely behave karrahe lekin koi kuch nahi bolrahe isska keval ek hih ardh hai woh hai ki galti mrs Khurana ki!"

"Shayad aplog nahi sunhe, woh kehrahe tey ki aisa pehle bhi hua...tab bhi woh unse naraz nahi hua...agar abh hua toh koi toh wajah hoga! Bina pure baat jane kisike character pe decision lena galath hai!"

"Aapsab ko unki jabardasthi dhikai diya lekin mujhe unki gusse ke peeche chupa pyaar dhikrahe. Agar sachmei unhe koi farak nahi padta toh Geet khurana ko jabardasti injection lagwane ki kya jarurat hai! Chod dete....but He cares for her sir!" Shree replied trying to show maan's love.

All looked at him in suprise, "Shree aisa bolrahe hoh ki tum unhe bahut achese jante hoh!" Sakshi mumbled which horrified him, "Kuch bhi sakshi....bas information ikata kiya aur kuch nahi!"

This was listened by vicky who had smile on his face, "Chalo bale hih tum humse muh modliya lekin aaj bhi parivvar ke khilaf kuch sunh nahi sakthe tum!"

Aftre dinner, Geet waited for maan to talk with him, but he had not came....at late night Maan entered inside sure she was asleep got startled as Geet was wide awake. Geet looking at him, "Maan!"

not hearing her he went inside washroom to change and came out. going towards his side he took pillow & blanket moved towards sofa. observing his actions, a tear escaped her eye, "maan aap sofe pe kyu sorrahe?"

maan closed his eyes showing his back to her. " Maan, please mujhse baat kijiye..." geet whispered slowly which maan heard though he acted as not listened anything.

Noticing he wont talk, she lied down, turning otherside silently crying due to his indifference. " I am really sorry, maan!"

A tear escaped his eyes, listening to her voice as along with her even he was hurting, "Mishty.....saza toh tumhe diya lekin tumse jyada woh mere liye hai! tumse dur rehna taki tumhe apne zindagi ki ehmat samja sakhu mei!"

both hearts were hurting due to distance, though they are close physically their hearts were distanced, which was becoming unberable.. to both

I never thought it would reach 50, when I started writing it .....

What can I say amazing just amazing

love how shree sided with maan POV and his side of showing live through anger what geets brothers are not seeing seeing only the angry way in which maan behaved with geet 

each protecting their family Member but them each angry too at them 

geet trying to apologize to her brothers but they are not allowing her   Did not like Riya pushing geet away. 
Glad Vicky is with geet this time. As maan is not

Maan's anger is reasonable but he should not treat Geet this way

at least he confronted her

so she trusts Maan but not her taqdeer!

why are they angry with Geet?

Vicky's anger is reasonable

glad that Vicky assures Geet

 Maan really very hurt bz punishment which he declared will pained him more seeing his jaan suffer but she always take easy his warning and orders now seeing maan giving his self punishment like this hope she understand 

 Geet try to apologies her brothers but thay didn't gave her chance and riya need some doze from her brothers 

 They all have relations some time me get confuse with so much relations
