Who are they going to give it to? To the actors who died by suicide or questionable circumstances? How much more is the Government going to make a joke out of poor SSR?😵

Wonder who wins that award this year 😂

Dear God, why? Make a scholarship program in his name if you want. Creating an award will subject the poor dead man to mockery when the likes of Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor passed the same year.

The road was named after SSR because people asked for it, who asked for an award? Pakka not BW folks, and definitely not people who blamed BW mafia for his death

Isn't this taking it a bit too far? I agree we are all grieving over his untimely death & in shock because of the distressing circumstances.... But naming an award on his name? That's overdoing it. No offense, but he was not such a renowned actor that awards can be distributed in his honour.

If they want to start a new award why don't they name it on an more accomplished actor like Rishi Kapoor or Rajesh Khanna or Devanand?

This looks like made up bullshit.. Who is India Forums's source?.. Baseless bullshi*t just like blind items... It's funny how these so called "sources" won't leave him alone even after his death.

Some people here just want to entertain themselves at his expense that's the reason they keep creating these topics to keep mocking him.
