I had not watched this before today. I came upon it because someone on Twitter posted a clip. So I went back and watched it on Youtube, and I was really impressed by the way Kangana spoke and conducted herself here.

It's dated Nov 2014.   Nothing's changed except she's worse at hiding what she is.  This is the same period when she was stalking, harassing and threatening to scar Hrithik.
