I find her so beautiful and cute. She's also a good actress. Why did she not attain success?
She also had a mentor in Ekta Kapoor, so it's not like she didn't have connections. I think she looks like a doll. She's like a fairy tale princess, so delicate, so fragile and so pretty in an old world, charming way that takes your breath away.
