Yes maybe the old dadi got Naira from the cliff or hospital without memory and told her a fake life story to calm her down but that would be too cliche to show but it could definitely happen..

Kartik wouldn’t have felt a connection with her if she wasn’t Naira & they are dragging the meet like the 5 years leap, so it’s all the same really.
