If the shoe fits.   It's all there in the released e-mails.

Though there's a difference between being sexually obsessed and sexually possessed.

From this chat though it's not clear who said she had erotomania but I think it's Hrithik, not Kangana unless it's something she said in her e-mails (like her self diagnosed Aspergers).
