The episode begins with Shah family shocked n furious as Kavya arrives with bags and baggages. Shah family glares at her, Van finally tells Kavya that he did speak to her last night that he needed time !!...why the hell did she have to move in right away ?? Kavya states this was her love for him that refused to keep her away.
To everyone’s shock Kavya moves into a rented house right opposite to Shah family , much to Vanraj’s awkwardness and discomfort . The entire Shah family feels awkward n resents Kavya.
Soon Anupama, Vanraj and Toshu are at the gates waiting for the taxi to arrive for visiting the doctor. Baa, Babuji n Mama ji are there to see them off . Kavya arrives in the taxi n offers to take Van to the Doc for review , she asks Anu to hand over Van’s medical documents. Everyone is shocked. Van feels awkward n resents Kavya’s move . Anupama finally asks Van to carry on.
She hands Kavya his papers and asks Toshu to accompany them .
Kavya drives off but not before taunting Anupama that those who cared out of humanity did it for brief period only but those who cared for love would always take care of loved ones n she loved Vanraj .
Anupama shows no reaction n fumes inwardly . The rest of the Shah family fumes silently .
At hospital Doc declares Van had unexpectedly improved very much. Van says this was possible because of the care he received from his family , Kavya resents this statement n feels jealous.
In the kitchen Kinjal shares her MIL’s pain n awkwardness. Anupama advises Kinjal how to respect elders n speak to them in polite manner. Not vent out in fury but show resentment in respectful way. Kinjal understands.
After they leave Baa berates Anupama for allowing Van to go with Kavya, why did she not take him to the Doc , baa fears Van would now be lost to Kavya. She scolds, insults me accuses Anupama on n on n on . The entire family listens to baa silently n no one speaks in support of Anupama.
Finally Anupama can not take it any more , she patience n toleratce levels have now crossed.she asks Baa for the last 25 years Baa was telling Anu n she was listening to her , why did Baa never question her own son even once ?? Why did she not ask Van why he went ahead with Kavya ?? Anu states she was now tired of answering for others. And she refuses to do so. Asks Baa to stop accusing her for Van’s actions .Baa is stunned that her Bahu Anupama dared to answer back !!
Baa retorts that she will accuse her because Anu was Van’s wife!!Anu then disagrees n says she was a daughter n a mother only , she was no more his wife n refuses to be responsible for Van’s actions . The entire Shah family is so proud of Anu that she had spoken for herself n stood for her rights against Baa’s undue accusations. Kinjal is very happy Anupama finally spoke for herself against Baa .
Baa then accuses Anu n Kinjal for going against the eldest Saas in the family . Anupama denies this n says both her Saas n DIL were very nice persons . And she considers Baa as her mother n not her MIL.hence she spoke her mind . Baa gets emotional n teary eyed . But still fears they might lose Van to Kavya again. The entire Shah family is depressed thinking Van would not return now.
To everyone’s pleasant surprise Van and Toshu enter Shah house . Pakhi excitedly hugs n welcomes her papa. Toshu n Samar smile . baa is very happy to see him back. N bless him. All are happy his plasters were now removed n he could move abiut without support.
Kavya stands at the entrance of her house n stares at Vanraj reuniting with his family n feels jealous.

Magar Sankranti celebrations are going to be held in Shah house n Anupama asks Van to put on a kurta . She offers him pale colours as he usually chooses . He selects a bright yellow one . Anu questions his choice , he states his choice had changed now n he smiles at Anu .
Anu is taken aback.
VanYa are travelling in the car. Kavya shares her fears with Vanraj, she fears that something that did not happen in last 25 years might happen now. Vanraj might fall in love with Anupamaa.. Van is taken aback.
