Episode begins with Gehna returning home from Party , she feels guilty that his party was spoilt because of her. Anant feels bad that his wife was insulted, he regrets not revealing to them earlier that she was his wife.
On reaching home Gehna is asked by Karan n Hema to start cooking , but Paresh Kaka asks her to perform Krishn Aarti n asks the other Baj’s to do the cooking. She sings Krishn Aarti same as Hooi bahu much tk the pleasure of elders n jealousy of other bahus .
Hema steals all the new sarees from Gehna’s trunk . She had no saree to change into . She decides to take bath n wear old clothes n sprinkle Ganga jal over herself.
Baa screams n berates Gehna for not changing into fresh clothes .
Anant learns Gehna had no sarees to change into. She presumes they might have got stolen by that new maid . Anant offers to take her to market for shopping new sarees .Kanak n Hema feel jealous about Gehna getting new sarees. Kanak gossips about it to Baa and talks about Gehna in poorlight . That she was controlling Anant n forcing him to buy her new sarees and also comp,aiming to him about Baa scolding her for her saree. Baa then asks Anant to take her to the Shiv mandir for Pooja .
Anant has no option but to accompany his mom. He hands his credit card and gives her the PIN number written on a paper
Kanak secretly changes the PIN number on the paper.
Hema cuts the saree Gehna is wearing to make it look tattered n torn like a beggar / destitute .
At the saree shop Gehna is insulted for her looks , she gets humiliated when her credit card pin does not work. Anant’s colleague from work whom he had slapped for insulting a Gehna arrives with his wife at the same shop. He talks about Gehna in poor light it’s the sales men and Sjop manager.
Shop manager confronts Gehna when her credit card does not work. She states it was given be Anant her husband . Manager accuses her of stealing Anant’s credit card . They call police and all confront her.
