The episode begin when Mayura is playing with the little children outside and Manjri almost saw Mayura but she gets a call from Balli.
Omkar left the hospital devastated thinking one day Mayura will be found. Omkar is walking on the road holding Mayura's dupatta. Omkar imagines Mayura in the car and tells her that he will search her until he finds her, as she is his love now. Mayura is walking and jumping on the road, while Aishwarya is trying to take her selfie.
Dadi runs behind her to beat her with stick, but Mayura runs inside and hugs her mother and father. She tells Dadi that she has just one week to enjoy as she will return to work in the hospital next week.
Omkar stops his car when he is about to meet with an accident with the goons car. He gets down and offers his car until he gets their car repaired. The goons attack Omkar. Mayura’s heart beat increases and she starts taking heavy breath. Omkar tells the goons that they can talk. Just after the goons were bad mouthig about Omkar's wife, Omkar was losing his mind slowly, a man comes (new entry) and saves Omkar from the goon. He introduces himself as Neil a doctor by profession.
