What fun do producers/music companies have in maroing others' royalty? Just pay everyone their respective shares!! 

Dharma's argument is weak, there's no way they'll win.

India in general has an issue with all copyrights and using material that either does not belong to them or they do not give proper credit.  It is a pervasive problem that branches out into all kinds of industries.  Unfortunately it takes law suits and arguments to set some boundaries.  I for one think is time to start respecting everyone' work and to give them their share or their credit.
