No it seems that she is pregnant. I saw a slight belly in the Grand Premiere Indian Idol's promo... she's wearing a sequin gown. 

Last time she announced her engagement/wedding and a song so people thought its a publicity stunt. Looks like the same thing.

They never had a thing for sure, just cheap entertainment was happening on the sets. 

Apparently adi was already in Lou and seeing his wife for ages before getting married. 

I feel neha felt hurt and hooked up at the very chance. 

Yes it was cheap and annoying tactics for so called entertainment. Not aware about Aditya being in love but didn't Neha & him do a song together?🤔

These two did feed the romance link. It seems likely that both hurt each other.
