The episode begins with both the families getting the shock to find Gehna sitting at Kanak’s feet doing something to her sandal
They are appalled n question Kanak. Gehna and Kanak are shocked too. Fearing the wrath from both families,its Kanha glares at Gehna who makes an excuse of Kanak’s back ache. Koki reprimands Kanak n asks her to attend to her own sandals herself . After everyone leaves Kanak angrily splashes mud on Gehna’s face .
On reaching Desai mansion Yamuna is very pleased to see Gehna had kept the Aarti ki thaali ready , as Yamuna welcomes her son home she praises Gehna much to the annoyance of Hema n Kanak .
Gopi is trying to ascertain who was the guy who met her at the party venue , how did Gehna know him. She ransacks Gehna’s room hunting for clues. She finds an letter written by the guy n finds the hand writing very familiar . She weeps missing Ahem .She misses noticing the ring they fell off the shelf , it was gifted by Gopi that Ahem wore all the time . Soon Gehna comes to her room in the out house n is surprised to see Gopi weeping. Gopi questions her and Gehna then reveals a picture of her Gopi Kaka who is exactly same as Ahem. Gehna then reveals how she had rescued drowning guy from stream 5 yrs back . It was the same time Modi family had lost trace of Ahem.
Gehna reveals how Gopi Kaka would be visiting the akhada next day . She decides to meet him there .
Kokila finds Gopi very upset n lost . She questions her. Gopi decides not to remind maa ji about her dead son until n u less she herself confirms it was indeed Ahem.
