The golden ray of sun creeped in through the window panes disturbing his not so peaceful sleep. He rubbed his eyes. 

 He had been in a state of half asleep and half awake, between the state of unconsciousness yet conscious.

His own bitter words reverberated in his ears the entire night.``Aur aap Dadima khushiya mana rahi thi iss baat….Iss najayas bachche ka'' rendered him restless.

 What had gotten into him. How could he be so callous to call an unborn child illegitimate? 

Her eyes, full of so much pain, haunted him the entire night. The knowledge that he was the sole reason to make those beautiful eyes made him more guilty.

He shut his eyes a bit in ache and more in regret. I will apologize to geet.

"Dadi I promise I will look after me, '' said Geet trying to persuade her Grandmother-in-law.

Savitri Devi glowered at her. She has been repeating the same thing all the way home from the hospital.

"Enough! geet you know what doctor said? 

Savitri Devi did not want to stress Geet but to make her stay possible at KM to need to tell her.

"You know Doctor said that if your health doesn't improve you may miscarry this child too."

Geet eyes welled up and a protective hand reached to her stomach to feel her baby.

"I won't let anything happen to our child dadi" she reached to hold Savitri Devi hand  " but I can't overlook Maan's health too"

This girl is a perfect match for her stubborn grandson. Stubborn.

Dadima snapped her hand which Geet had been holding. 

" This is why I am keeping both of under the same roof so that I can keep vigil on you two"

Savitri royally ignored her plea and ordered Nakul.

He kept looking at his mobile for some time. A bit relaxed and composed. The throbbing inside his head has began to fade.

He came out of the bed. Stretched. Began his day on a good note.

 First spit out the bitter words without thinking what the other person will go through, afterwards regret and be guilty. 

Geet is adamant, but dadi is no less, she is the dadi of the stubborn pair, She played her card very well.

Maan is on guilt trip, he has asked Pinky to follow Geet without her notice, he keeping an eye on her, is it for he is guilty or concerned?

When he knows Geet is married I think he shouldn't have used those words.
