almost salman was his highest at mpk which was very big and started back again the love of movies, and movie goers going to the theaters, nri love of the movies but then he never is consistent for long after his big hits.

srk has been the "star for a while" and is very good at keeping his stardom till now, and with his stardom and kkr he got the money as well, and has that rich aura of a star

Salman Khan recorded his 14th career bumper opening with Bharat. A bumper opening is when a film records high occupancy over a wide release across all regions. These openings are normally coming on the holidays today though films like Bahubali - The Conclusion and Avengers - Endgame show it can be done outside holidays. Outright Hindi films like Sanju and Tiger Zinda Hai also managed to do outside holidays.

SalmanKhan is second to Shahrukh Khan who 16 bumper openings. These are the only two leading stars today who have over 10 bumper openings. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Sunny Deol also have over ten but are not leading stars of the day. Aamir Khan has nine bumper openings. 

The Eid factor has pushed the film no doubt as if it was a normal day it would have been tough for this film to start at the level of a Tiger Zinda Hai but on the holiday there is a bigger crowd out there which propels collections
