Episode 6
Pranati was sitting on Navya's bed while the latter was cooking something for both of them. Meanwhile Jugnu video called Pranati. She happily received the call.
Pranati:hi jugs!
Jugs: hi nai maa.
Pranati: kaisi ho tum? Homework kr rhi ho na? Aur mere peechhe se pizza toh nhi kha rhi?
Jugs: kya nai maa, aap aur kuchh sochti bhi hain ya nhi. Aap yahan nhi hai toh kya, aapne apna assistant yahan chhoda toh hua hai
Pranati: Assistant? Ky-kya bol rhi ho tum?
Jugs: Arre Bandar papa. Woh bhi pura din bas homework Khana homework khana krte rehte hai.
Pranati: jugnu tum apne bandar papa ki baat kr rhi ho na?
Jugs: haan haan. Aajkal toh dhamkiyan bhi dete hai ki jab tak main homework nhi krungi tab tak vo mujhe video game nhi khelne denge
Pranati: voh, jo din mein ek baar bhi dhanka khana nhi kha sakta, jisne college ke saare assignments mujhse karaway the woh tumhe homework krne ko keh raha hai?
Reyansh suddenly appeared in the video call.
Rey: Yar tu bachi ko kya jhoot jhoot btai ja rhi hai, main saare assignments thodi na tujhse karata tha.
Pranati: main Kahan jhoot bol rhi hoon? Tumne ek bhi assignment khud kiya tha?
Rey: woh economics wala kiya toh tha.
Pranati: Yaad kro Mr. Khurrana, tumne mera assignment leke copy kiya tha woh bhi aadha, baaki mujhe Krna pada tha kyunki tumhe football khelne jana tha.
Rey:haan toh aadha toh kiya tha na? Pta hai kitni mehnat lagi thi.
Pranati and Jugnu gave each other a look and started laughing loudly. Reyansh tried to make a mad face but seeing his two girls so happy brought a smile to his face too.
Jugnu: Aap na nai maa jaldi se ghar aa jao fir hum dono saath mein bandar papa ki class leinge.
Reyansh: abhi tumhari class lein beta. Jaake homework kro apna.
He said in an authoritative tone with a hint of sarcasm which surprised Pranati a bit.
Jugnu: jaa rhi hoon jaa rhi hoon. Bye nai maa, raat ko baat krte hai, main aapko btaungi ki aaj maine daadi ke saath kya prank kiya.
Pranati laughed on her antics and said her bye.
Pranati (to herself): thankyou Reyansh, mujhe meri beti ke saath kuchh achhe pal dene ke liye. 5 mahine baad shayd main uska chehra bhi na dekh paun.
She wiped a lone tear that fell off her eye. While Archit was shown talking to the owner of the factory that produced serutanin. They talked for a while after which Archit came out to call Pranati.
Pranati: Haan Archit kuchh pta chala?
Archit: Pranati, maine yahan ke owner se baat kri aur unke hisaab se yahan se unofficially medicine supply hona impossible hai. Toh Vardan yahan se toh woh dawai nhi le ja sakta.
Pranati: toh ab hum kya kareinge?
Archit: tum chinta mat kro, maine inse unn pharmacies ki list le li hai jahan yeh supply hoti hai. Shayad wahan se kuchh pta chal jaaye.
Pranati: thhik hai...main kuchh aur bhi sochti hoon
She covered her face with her hands and went into deep thinking zone when Navya brought tea and snacks for both of them.
Navya: Pranati koi bahar aya tha aur unhone tumhare liye yeh diya.
She handed her a white envelope. Pranati confusedly took it and opened it carefully. She unfolded the letter inside it only to get the biggest shock of her life. A few tears escaped her eyes reading it and she hugged the letter to cry more.
While in Khurrana mansion Reyansh is seen calling out his Dadi with the same letter in his hand.
Dadi: Oye kyon chilaye jaa raha hai
Rey: Dadi aapne Jugnu ki solo custody ke liye case file kra hai?
Dadi: Haan toh?
Rey:toh kyun kra aapne aise?
Dadi: Arre woh kuddi(girl) toh jaa chukki hai. Aur news walon ne bhi dikha diya hai ki woh bazaru hai. Main toh kehti ek baar usse Pranati se peechha chhuda lete hai.
Rey:Per dadi ek baar aap mujhse pooch toh leti
Dadi: Kyon puchhaan? Hum dono ki yahi toh baat hui thi na ki uss kuddi nu ghar se bahar nikal ke Jugnu ko apni taraf Krna hai?
Rey: daadi Jugnu ka kya?
Dadi: oye uska kya? Ek baar mallika ki shaadi ho gai, toh usse fir se kisi anaath aashram mein daal denge, nhi toh padi rahegi ghar ke kisi kone mein, noker dhyan rakh leinge. Chal ja ab dimag na kha.
Dadi sent him away and made a drink for herself. Reyansh stormed into his room and threw the papers on one side of the room. He started punching bag recklessly, not even bothering to put on his boxing gear. Sweat started dripping out of hair when Jugnu entered the room.
Jugs: Bandar papa maine homework kr liya, ab main video game khel sakti hoon?
Reyansh immediately stopped punching as didn't wanna leave a negative impact on Jugnu. But since Jugnu is the intelligent one in this small family, she knew her father was not so happy right now
Jugs: Kya hua Papa?
Rey (trying to put on a smile): kuchh nhi beta, bas thodi exercise. Tum jao game khelo
Jugs: aapko nai maa ki yaad aa rhi hai?
Rey: ky-kya? (He turned around to hide his emotions) mujhe kyun teri maa ki yaad aayegi? Dekha nhi kitna ladte hai hum? Jab dekho lecture deti rehti hai. Yeh Mt kro woh Mt kro. Main toh khush hoon ki mujhe kuchh din ki shanti milli. Fir kyun aayegi mujhe uski yaad?
Jugs: kyunki aap unse pyaar krte ho na
Reyansh towards Jugnu in shock....

Episode 7
Jugnu: kyunki aap unse pyaar krte ho na..
Reyansh turned towards her in shock but soon realised that she is just a kid and probably doesn't know what she is talking about.
Rey: beta m-main Kahan usse py-pyaar krta hoon
Jugnu: main bachi hoon bevakoof nhi. Mujhe sab pta hai. Aap unse pyaar krte ho aur abhi unhe miss bhi kr rahe ho
Rey: t-tu itna sure ho-hoke kaise keh sakti hai?
Jugs: simple, jab bhi aapke paas nai maa nhi hoti tab aap unhe dhoondte rehte ho nhi toh gusse mein iss bag ko maarte rehte ho. Aur haan, jab bhi aap nai maa ke saath hote ho aap sachi wala smile krte ho, woh wali nhi jo aap dadi ki samne krte ho.
Reyansh's shocked look turned into a real smile remembering all the moments that he had with Pranati. Jugnu was right, though he loves to party and drink alcohol with his brothers, but the real happiness always lies with him being with Pranati. He turned towards Jugnu who was giving him a smirk that loudly said 'I know I am right'. Alot of times he thought that Jugnu is definitely his daughter as she is so much like him but for the first he could see her mother's shadow in her. She had that same innocence and eye for real emotions like her beautiful mother. She was indeed an intelligent girl. He moved forward and ruffled Jugnu's hair.
Rey: jab itna sab jaanti ho toh yeh bhi janti hogi ki aapki maa mujhse nhi kisi aur se pyaar krti hai.
Jugs: aapko kaise pta? unhone aapse kuchh kaha kya?
He remembered Pranati saying several times that Archit is just her friend and nothing else.
Rey: n-nhi
Jugs: achha toh woh bhi kisi aur ke saath real wali smile krti hain?
Flashes of Pranati smiling with Archit during their handshake and video call came to his mind along with the smile that she gave him during the college days and water balloon fight. Before he could speak Maan entered the room.
Maan: Jugnu dekho main aapke liye kya laya hoon.
Jugs: arre wah naya video game, main abhi isse jaake khelti hoon.
She excitedly grabbed the video game and ran to the TV room.
Maan: maan gaya bhai. Yeh aapki hi beti hai, jis Reyansh Khurrana ki aaj tak dadi bhi bolti bnd nhi kra pai woh iss chhoti si bachi ne bnd kra di.
Rey: tu kehna kya chahta hai?
Maan: yahi bhai ki jo main aapko kabse samjhane ki koshish kr rha tha woh aapki beti ne saaf saaf bol diya. Prabhi aur aap ek doosre se pyaar krte ho.
Maan gave him a look too and left leaving Reyansh in deep thinking. Where Pranati was not able to stop her tears. The mere thought of someone taking her daughter away from her once again killed her a hundred times.
Navya tried to console her but she couldn't come up with good words. If she can't think of losing her baby who is not even in this world yet, how does she expect Pranati to quite down? Navya informed Archit about Pranati's condition so he came back as fast as possible.
Archit: pranati yar tu aise ro mt
Pranati: kaise na roun Archit? Abhi toh meri bachi mujhe milli thi. Abhi toh usne mujhse pyaar se baat karni shuru kari thi. Aur woh log mujhse meri Jugnu ko chheen leinge
Archit: Pranati aise umeed my chhod. Hum abhi bhi sabit kr sakte hai ki Vardan ne tere saath kya kiya. Ek baar yeh proof ho gaya toh judge ko bhi pta chal jayega ki woh ghar Jugnu ke liye achha nhi h. Bharosa rakh sab thheek ho jayega. Chal tu abhi rest kr. Abhi abhi hospital se vapis aayi hai. Jugnu ko pta nhi chalna chahiye ki tu bimar thi varna woh meri jaan le legi.
Archit tried to make her laugh but she couldn't give him more than half a smile. She lied down and sleep soon took over her.
In Khurrana mansion, Reyansh was still lost in his own world when he bumps into Anisha Khurrana (vardan's wife). All the documents that she was carrying fell down. Both of them kneels down to pick those up.
Rey: I'm sorry bhabhi mere dhyaan kahin aur tha
Anisha: koi baat nhi
She said while breathing heavily
Rey: Aap thhik toh hain?
Anisha: h-haan. Main bas thodi jaldi mein hoon.
She quickly collected all her stuff and starting walking fast away from him. Reyansh looked at her suspiciously. He looked down to see a pack of medicines which Anisha forgot to pick up. He picked it up only to be surprised by the name of it. It was indeed that medicine that was given to Pranati on the day of Ganesh pooja
Rey: bhabhi rukiye.
He said authoritatively. Anisha stopped in her tracks scared as hell. Reyansh walked towards her stomping his feet. He stood in front of her with anger plastered over his face.
Rey: yeh medicine aapko Kahan se milli?
Anisha kept quite trying to look away from him.
Rey: bhabhi kuchh poochh raha hoon aapse.
He raised his voice a bit which scared her more. Before she could answer, Maan came running towards both of them.
Maan: bhai woh Prabhi...
Rey: kya hua Pranati ko.
Seeing a good chance, Anisha excused herself from the conversation. Reyansh wanted to ask more questions but for now, pranati was his first priority.
Maan: woh Navya ka phone aya tha. Jugnu ki custody ka legal notice unhe bhi mila hai, unka ro roke bura haal hua hua hai.
Rey: tu gadi nikal hum abhi Archit ke ghar jaa rahe hain. Aur woh naya sim card bhi leke chal.
Maan: per kyun bhai?
Rey: yeh sawal poochhne ka time nhi hai, jo bol raha hoon kr.
Maan nodded and went back to his room to bring the brand new sim card that he bought. While Reyansh pulled his car out of the driveway. Maan ran towards Rey's car and they both drove off to Archit's place.....
Such a sweet update! New drama on even before one is over 😒 Prayansh will survive ❤️
