Just to liven things up a little bit on the forum, here's a little game that we all can play for the week.
The rules are simple:
1. One person will list a food item, and the person after will have to list out a food that will either counteract, be considered the opposite, or balance out the given food item.
2. Leave behind another food item for the next member.
Example:
Person A: Chips
Person B: Carrot Sticks
Next food item - Pretzels
Person C: Raisins
Next food item - chocolate
Reasoning:
Chips are considered unhealthy, hence, the healthier substitute will be carrot sticks. Pretzels are salty, and raisins are sweet. Hence, they both balance each other out, and are considered opposites of each other.
