Feeling of being let down by your favourite star?

When did you feel let down by your favourite star? It could be both onscreen and offscreen.

I experienced it recently when I saw Ayushmann's acting in Gulabo Sitabo. So average and mediocre he was. Even the supporting cast was better than he was.

Also, Deepika in Padmavat really felt let down by her performance.
