Drabble: I Shall Never Tell
Hello guys, penning down a drabble/small poem showcasing the different ways in which Shravan and Suman feel/see love. I imagined it could be an after-leap moment where both of them are reminiscing their affection and end up dying a little inside.
So the poem is two ways. The first half is through Shravan's perspective and the latter through Suman's.

I Shall Never Tell
Shravan
I shall never tell I know;
That you hate when you can’t control things,
whilst the paper bears your sombre scribbles.
That it bothers you,
when someone tags you cute and not empowering.
That you wish to scurry for once,
instead declare to hurdle.
That you think of giving in to the shackles that come with being resilient,
yet break them anyway.
That you want to lash out,
but instead choose to suppress in a fist.
That you want to cry your eyes out,
when all you could do is pat them dry.
That sometimes you would like to opt out of the brave,
and live a little.
That it breaks your heart,
to stand up with the right over wight.
That you elect to bask in the pain,
rather than watch others in.
But I know that these things make you YOU
You taught me to love.
But I shall never tell you that,
For I fear I may lose you.

Suman
I shall never tell;
That my life becomes chaotic with you,
yet brings peace in it.
That when I close my eyes to your presence,
the same pair scans for you in your striking absence.
That I feel privileged,
to have someone painting smiles on a rainy day.
That when you lovingly offer a place in your heart,
allotting a bigger one for me, my soul surrenders.
That I feel protected,
for you to have my back and stand with the right.
That I am comforted,
when you offer your shoulder to rest upon.
That I feel weak when I’m not around you.
That you can’t win over my heart,
cause it’s already been done a thousand.
You taught me to live.
But I shall never tell you that,
For I fear I may lose myself to you.

A/N : This piece of poetry/drabble was inspired from Zindagi Gulzar Hai (That's one of my favorite dramas of all time. You should totally check it out if you haven't already) I felt Suman and Shravan are similar to those characters in some ways too.
Anyhoo wrote this in the wee hours, so I hope it isn't sloppy. I was going to brainstorm on it for a while more but then decided against it before another 'writer winter' set in!😆
