Karan's eyes got widened.Still he was hesitant.
Karan:But to pretend as someone's husband and cheat others is a sin.
Ruchika:For somebody's betterment if you do cheating it is not a sin Karan.Only you can save my sister's life.

Ruchika and Preeta were like best friends.They did a lot of masti.

Preeta blushed.
Ruchika:So you also like him.Then why are you hesitating?Due to shyness.Right?
Preeta was shy.
Ruchika:Don't lose your love due to shyness.So go tell him that you also love him.
Preeta blushed and hugged Ruchika.
Preeta confessed her love to Kanishk handing over him colourful roses:I love you too Kanishk.
Kanishk twirled her around happily.
Preeta's father Raghuveer and mother Sarla gave a consent to Preeta's relationship immediately as nothing was more important than Preeta's happiness for them. Preeta and Kanishk had a grand engagement.
Kanishk-Preeta had a grand wedding too.
But the destiny played a cruel game.On the way to Kanish's home,Kanishk-Preeta's car met with an accident.Shockingly it was Preeta who was severely injured while Kanishk was not in a critical condition.

Karan was shocked:Oh my God!Then what happened?
Ruchika:What happened was totally unexpected.
Karan:What was that?
Ruchika:Though Kanishk was hospitalized after the accident his parents were not there in the hospital.They had disappeared.
Karan was shocked:Why?How can they be so heartless to their own son?
Ruchika:Because they were not his real parents,but his hired parents.
Karan:Hired parents?
Ruchika:Yes.When we enquired we were shocked to know that Kanishk was a wanted criminal who used to marry girls for property and leave them after achieving his goal.He married Preeta only for the Arora property.
Karan was shocked.
Ruchika:He recovered fast.But he was arrested.But Preeta took a long time to gain her consciousness.When she opened her eyes the first thing which she asked was about Kanishk.
Flash back...
Raghuveer,Sarla and Ruchika were happy to see Preeta with consciousness.
Sarla:Preeta...are you alright?
Preeta:Ka..Kani...shk...how is he?
They all felt very upset.They were very angry thinking of Kanishk.
Present...
Ruchika:We did not want that criminal anymore in Preeta's life.So I lied that Kanishk is no more.
Flash back..
Ruchika:Preeta...Kanishk's life could not be saved.
Preeta was so shocked that due to physical weakness she could not even cry loudly.
Suddenly she felt pain all over the body and became numb.
Present....
Ruchika cried:Preeta's condition got deteriorated after a sudden stroke.She got completely paralyzed.The doctor said that she can hear us,but she cannot talk.She can't even move her body on her own.The doctor said that Preeta had this sudden stroke because of mental trauma.Because of the lie that Kanishk died only she is in this pathetic condition.But it was impossible to bring back that criminal heartless Kanishk.Then I saw you on the stage.I loved your acting.I realized that you can act well as Kanishk and bring back Preeta into life.
Karan:But how will Preeta believe that I am Kanishk?By seeing my face itself she will understand that I am not Kanishk.Right?
Ruchika:No.When she sees itself she will think that you are Kanishk.Because you look exactly like Kanishk.
Karan was shocked:What?
Ruchika:Yes Karan.When I saw you for the first time I could not believe my eyes.Then I realized that you are not Kanishk,but the favourite play actor in your village.
Karan:But Ruchikaji..
Ruchika:I know that you can't believe it.
Ruchika showed Kanishk-Preeta's pictures in her phone.
One was their wedding picture.
Karan was shocked.
Ruchika:I request you Karan.Please be Kanishk and save my sister's life.Otherwise she will lose her hope to live and we will lose her forever.Seeing you itself she will be happy and improve mentally.When she escapes from depression itself her condition will improve.In return I will do everything which you want for your mother and sister.
Karan looked at her emotionally:Ok Ruchikaji.
Ruchika became very happy.
Karan:But you please keep up your promise.
Ruchika:Of course yes Karan.But don't call me Ruchikaji.Call me Ruchika.Kanishk cannot call her sister in law Ruchikaji.
Karan smiled:Ok.
She smiled.
Ruchika informed this to Raghuveer-Sarla.They were surprised.
Ruchika admitted Karan's mother Rakhi in the best hospital.His father was there to look after his mother.She arranged his sister Krithika's admission in the best college near by.
Ruchika brought Karan to Arora house.Raghuveer Sarla were stunned to see him.
Raghu:Though Ruchika had told us about you when we saw you directly we can't really believe our eyes.
Karan:Even I could not believe my eyes when I saw Kanishk's pictures.
Sarla:Thank you so much for coming here for Preeta.We will be always grateful to you.
Karan:Please don't say like that.
Suddenly Karan's eyes fell on a boy standing near Raghuveer and Sarla.
Ruchika:Karan...meet Raj.He is our neighbour..my best friend.
Raj:Hi.
Karan:Hi.
Raj and Karan shook hands with each other.
They took Karan to the hospital to meet Preeta.
Ruchika sat near Preeta:Preeta..there is a surprise for you.Kanishk is alive.He has come back for you.
Karan came near Preeta.Preeta who was bedridden looked at him blinking her eyes.
Karan sat near her and caressed her head:Your Kanishk is back.I will never go away from you again.
He held her hand:I promise that I will be always with you.
Preeta was expressionless.
Karan looked at Ruchika:She is not happy to see me?
Ruchika became emotional:She is very happy to see you.I know that.I can read her face and understand her emotions.Her paralysis is not allowing her to express her happiness.Soon she will recover and express her happiness in the most desirable way.Right Preeta?
Preeta just stared at Ruchika.
Ruchika went with Raj to the airport.
Ruchika:When will you return from London?
Raj:It's a business tour.So I can return only after my work is done.So it will take some time.
Ruchika:Will miss you Raj.
Raj:I will also miss you Ruchika.Before going I want to tell you something.
Ruchika:What is that?
Raj:I wanted to tell this since a long time.But the present sad situation stopped me from saying it.But I feel that I should say it now as I am becoming restless.
Ruchika looked at him eagerly.
