I mean you think about the girl. She was just testing the moral character of the boy. Yes, it was a stupid thing to do, but it didn't seem like she had any malicious intentions. She is just a child. I hope she doesn't get harassed for this.

Its juvenile and its childish act so they let her off ?? What if she straps a bomb to a building next week ???

Well what she did had the capacity to destroy the life of the boys. 

She had a private conversation with one individual. She didn't take screenshots. She wasn't the complainant.
