An old woman in the colony is every one's  mother.... irrespective of religion ...

No politician can wipe this away .. we are connected be "kachcha dhaaga "

Emergencies other than Covid have dramatically reduced.

And no,l don't think people with heart attacks are staying at home.l think staying at home and not stressing about commuting to and from work, worrying about the next target and the next raise or promotion, not having to deal with a bad boss etc has dramatically reduced stress.

People now actually have the time to live their lives.

It is time the human race decided whether this endless race for more and more economic prosperity is what we actually want.

Maybe the very concept of economic growth is flawed.

Loved this psychoanalytical thought process Suta.🤗

Bold --- Mainstream economics is terrible at understanding the reality of human behavior in such trying situations. Now, even the respected thinkers are realizing that money has only relative value, not as valuable as your precious life. Globally the shut down is accumulating an enormous loss in numbers, but as you rightly mentioned, the time spending with loved ones, now people are realizing the real value of bonding, the husband has so much time to watch how efficient a multitasking wife he has, kids got an opportunity to spend time with parents without any homework tensions, elders are reliving their 40/50 year back life without any modern noise! No sas--bahu serials to raise tensions, people are watching the well-known Epics umpteenth time with great interest.😊 Money we need to sustain, but not to die for it, while earning it! That is the lesson we learned in a very hard way now.

When we get out of a habit, it’s hard to get back in. So, just like we’re worried about an economic recession, we should worry about a social recession—a continued pattern of distancing socially. Modern life made the man a loner, who prefers to stick to his phone talking to someone, eyes on the TV screen, having lunch or dinner watching crooked plans of the characters on the screen, or else the discourses of politicians during the elections. Now only news is about the dreaded disease, stating how vulnerable we are all.

Silence is telling so much ... please listen to it.

Such posts are very much needed Suta. 🤗Religion should work as a pathfinder, not to make a man blind to build a fort on his own self... which leads to burying himself!!

Puja keliye vo uth jata hai , meri ajaan sunkar...

isha ki namaaj mai padh leti hun, unki aarti sunkar!

Sri Aurobindo Ghosh said--You can live amicably with a religion whose principle is toleration. But how is it possible to live with a religion whose principle is ‘I will not tolerate’? You cannot build unity on such a basis. Live, love and let us all flourish in unity.

This is how a country should be. Sadly because of some people and groups good ones among them are getting badnaam. I wish these good people are never insulted or harassed by other religions. There was one journalist Rubika Liyaquat who blasted a Maulvi on ABP for threatening to kill journalists and supporting Jamati group. She blasted him so badly that he left the debate midway.

Why is India giving their medicines to every countries? Why they are not giving answer of the threat to Donald Trump? India has 1.3bn population aur yaha to tests bhi bahot kam ho rahe hai. Cases and deaths numbers are increasing with speed. Kal yaha kuch hua aur medicines nahi raha then who will take the take the zimmedaari of government's carelessness of giving away PPE kits and medicines to others while their own country is in grave trouble? Will they give medicines to all 30 countries who asked for them? They already sent to US, Brazil aur na jaane kis kis ko.
