After Colors, Zee TV To Re-Run Repeats From 23rd March to 31st March
The effect of coronavirus is indeed immense and while it is scary that its impact in India is increasing, the rate of the same isn't alarming as multiple platforms and channels among other things have taken measures to facilitate social distancing.
One of them has been the cancellation of shoots everywhere and hence that also means that the on-going shows will be and are relying on episode banks to as much as possible. However, not every show works with the idea of banks and multiple leading GECs are taking steps to work towards it.
Recently we reported how Colors channel will be re-running Bigg Boss 13 in order to keep the general viewership going and fill in the slots. And now, it is being reported that another leading GEC in the form of Zee TV has its plans set. According to sources, Zee TV will be airing reruns and repeats of leading shows on 23rd March to 31st March.
This might also be extended a little further as shoots will commence only after 31st March and new episodes might take a while to hit the screen. Other GECs are also expected to air reruns and repeats but the plan and format of the same isn't confirmed as of yet.
