Loving the flow of the story. Now it’s clear NK is an anesthetist and he came to Ratnagiri to assist Arnav at the hospital.

Dr Arnav is fully busy at the hospital with critical operations taking place and he has NK to assist him. There kushi not only takes care of the house also takes care of Arnav and keeps track of his movements. When she saw Arnav didn’t come home even after being a full day at hospital ,she was concerned and took breakfast also a pair of clothes for him.

Arnav was surprised on seeing her at the hospital but also gobbled   the delicious food prepared by her as he was famished. Loving the camaraderie between them .wonder what’s wrong with the chirpy and cheerful lavanya who always seem to be bundled in a blanket
