Yep I find this true. Infact it happened with KVG after this point. He always used to tag her official ig handle in all promotional bits he used to post but then he also stopped and gave his supportive answers about her if only he was asked. 

I also felt bad for him standing alone to represent Ronakshi in IVs/appearances not with his co-star. He used to promote the show much more than his co-star and it was starting to look a bit add maybe that's the reason he also stopped. After this all spoiler came from Veena Sicand..

Anyways my disappointment with Dipika is not about how she leads her life it's her choice. But she could do some networking during team meeting including the farewell lunch..

One doubt the team would have also invited her for the lunch na(know it's a stupid question but still)? Also all the working professional wouldn't you be required to attend a team event? I Mean lunch with her husband could've been a dinner??

KhKt team had few major get togethers..Diwali, christmasi don't remember her attending these also. I am sure she had family but sure they(team) all do too but once in a while you need to make an effort not as dipika but as Sona because for me what dipika does may not matter after KhKt..

Thiru, Dipika is a biggest Ronakshi shipper and she liked more than 200 tweets of fans about Ronakshi in twitter. If you have doubt, feel free to cross check in her twitter account. She liked lot of Ronakshi photos in Veena sickand and lot of fan pages in Instagram. If you have any doubt, you can cross check in Veena sickand account. Dipika is promoted KHKT from the beginning and she even shared some promos of KHKT in her Instagram account. If you have doubt, you can check about this in her Instagram. If she not like Ronakshi, then the scenes between the leads will not be this much organic and natural. She gave her hundred percent efforts to highlight Ronakshi scenes. If any jodi become famous, both female lead and male lead have equally share in that. To highlight one person, don't pull another down.

As long as actors do their job which is to ACT,  I don’t give two hoots what they do in their personal life or who they are friends with. There are plenty of shows where the lead actors didnt get along with each other but they had great  chemistry onscreen.

I suggest you to watch two videos of Dipika from last day shoot of KHKT. One video is posted by "justchillalways" in this India forum yesterday. Another one is last day post cake cutting pack up video of Dipika, posted by "saas bahu aur saazish" yesterday. If you see those videos, I think you can feel some good bond between cast and crew members with Dipika. That videos also in social media. That's why i suggested that. You are using that word  most aloof to Dipika, that's why suggeted you. You are saying that you observed her fully, I feel you have to observe Dipika behavior towards her cast and crew in these videos also. I don't know how to copy link here. If anybody knows, post here in this thread. That can help people to understand Dipika even better.

I watched those and wrote this post only after that. It's like a trickle coming down from here and there. Still, I use the word aloofness. I did not use reserved, because she is not I guess. It's just aloof. As I mentioned earlier it is not an observation of just a couple of days, this observation is for the last couple of months.

I agree. Dipika being aloof really stood out. While its completely one's choice on how they want to bond with their co-workers or co-actors but when you're in this business, appearances and networking matters. And not only because they're actors. 

I am a part of corporate consulting, and a part of my extended job is to attend team and client parties and socialize with my team members and clients all the time. Because it's very important to be a team player. You need everyone's support to make any project successful. 

While I saw Dipika thanking her makeup and hair artists and her personal spot boy, it was quite rude of her to not mention the rest of the cast and crew because they also have been major support to her while she was sick. She was shooting separately for all the family drama sequences where all of us could clearly make out a body double. While we understand she was sick, but didn't Karan have to reshoot so many scenes because she was unwell? Isn't that a supporting co-actor? Didn't the Director, Camera guys, and the hundreds of other people behind the scenes need to put in extra time and effort to redo those scenes too?

The least she could do was attend a party as a gesture for being a part of the team and acknowledging their success together.

While Dipika is a fabulous actor, one has to realise that it's not the only thing one can get you to be successful. Your attitude is a bigger contributing factor to your success than talent. 

As we see KHKT close, I have all the love in my heart for Soankshi but very little respect for Dipika. And of course, this is my personal opinion. No one has to agree/disagree with me.

Honestly I don't understand why fans bother so much about offscreen interactions about actors. Also you are under a high misconception if you think she should behave in certain way off camera because she gets paid well no you are wrong. She gets paid to act on tv and all one should bother about is her performance in those 30 min which I think she delivered it well. So as an actress her job is done. If she doesn't socialise that's none of anyone's business as long as she doesn't break the law I don't think she or any person deserves to be judged based on their social life. 

As I mentioned in my main post, I am a viewer who comes to IF to see the extended fan base of the show where we discuss behind the scenes, cast and crew posts related to khkt, OSs etc. It is very easy to understand a fan like me. If you are looking for someone who only watches the serial, then i think TRP aunties would be the best bet for you. 

Also where does an actor's responsibility starts and end? start and end of that 23 minutes episode? Well,Do you watch any other ITV serial? please follow a few of the top serial leads offscreen interviews and see it yourself whats lacking.  Most fo the ITV stars do well when It comes to promotions and interviews etc. Socializing has nothing to do with it. They can even do it as part fo sbs interviews, or IF like website interviews etc. 

People can have different expwctations from their fans but tge celebrities are not entitled to always fulfill them!! They do their job well..that is to act and present the character!! Amd thats it!! Uske baad nothing sjould matter! Dipika as sonakshi did a wonderul job...atleast she stood out and did better than what i expected!! After following her in bb and nach baliye and biend aware about her part in ssk i was sure she though a wonserful human buemg wouldn't be able to act well and this bieng a love story we wouldn't even get simple hugs!! But she actually prooved me wrong! She was the reason that even after loving the promos i decided to skip the show but that vural video got me here! Uske baad dioika as an actresa did won over me! So whatever i am gonna say has nothing to do with her professionalism!

We shouldn't judge celebs...but aren't they the one who wants ys to do that!?? I mean dioika wasn't present in theast party that was for KHKT..the lunch that happrned yesterday! As aoon as tge 1st grp pic came many were looking for her! I was disappointed but then i thought she must be having some emergency or heth issues! And she comes and post about her bieng in starbucks with her husband for a lunch! Fans r ought to judge after this!! 

Dipika gets well along with the entire and she and karan has nothing gone wrong in between them(as someone asked) this is 100% sure!! She shares a very warm offscreen bond with all of them..even in the sbs live when she cried..tge director..rest of the actors who were themself crying were not ready to leave her side!! But she keeps it off social media for some reasons best known to her!!

But yes on the other hand..i do agree that this industry dosen't work that way!! This is not the co-operative sector...this is glamour industry! Where many-a-times more than ur on-screen work your off-screen personality gets u work!! For instance sandiip said he has seen karan act previously so wanted to cast him but someone he knows said bad about him and evwn warned him that he isn't going to have a good experience work with him!! But then sandiip was the creative head of jazzbaat where karan was invited for an interview and seeing him with the ppl around or his overall personality he was sure that he wants to work with him! Amd now after almost an year of working together he is so damn sure that whatever be his next project karan would be the first one who gets a chance of accepting or rejecting!! Look i am not compatring karan amd dipika but this is the only instance that is in my mind right now!! 

Another one what i would point out is the same thing happened in shaheer..he lost a few projects in between after mahabharata because of his indo stint and suddenly changed behaviour towards ppl since he was going through a bad phase!! But ppl in the industry actually don't care about what u do or are going through behind the camera! Yaha jo dikta hain...vahi bikta hain!!😂 

There r actually some unsaid unwritten rules in the industry...that actors do need to follow if they plan to continue work and stay connected! Most of the off-screen stuff we see about the leading pairs is FAKE! But they still do it! Actors who claim to ve best buddies in front of the camera might not even be looking at each other once alone!! But they still do it...there has to be still some reason right!!??

Here, i am able to understand dipika...maybe she had some reasons too which is best known to her but i as a fan or as an audience of the show am DISAPPOUNTED!!! 

Dipika does share a good bond with everyone...she is closest to karan, dhwani and pravisht from the team and the entire cast knows reasons about her wierd social media behaviour too that is y they r supportive of her but ubfortunately this is only known to fans who have sources on sets!! The general fans (majiority) are tend to get disappointed! Its very natural!

I know my rant was a little confusing because i kind of agree to both the sides of the debate!! Sorry for kind of confusing u peeps!! I have a lot to say and express but am not able to put it in words!!

Check Jay mishra instagram handle " jayjetYou199134". He is the one who give shoot schedule to KHKT actors. He posted lot of pics of him with Dipika in entire KHKT shoot period. yrr...i can 100% say dipika gets well along with every damn person on sets! She is a gold hearted person too!! But how would ppl know that?? I mean fans have some exlectations na...!! But fans should also understand that if those ecprctations r not fullfilled...let it be!!

Shanaya, it's ok  to be expect something from their favourites. But, without checking all cast and crew members off screen bond with Dipika in social media like Instagram, giving "aloof" title to Dipika and making separate thread with that is not going well with me. That's why I am saying all these to some people. I am saying don't call people with names without knowing full story.
