Watch some more k serials. Komo changed the baby.
See if one parent has A or B i.e A0 and BO.... and similarly the other has B0 or A0. If the child genetically takes up both OO then then child may hsve 0 blood group.
Edit: Also AB is possible if one has A and other has B
Its not common but possible.

blood GP is passed on to children through genes ..
Very rarely mom dad n children have same blood GP
