True. This film made a him a major star and major player right away. I cant remember when a debut film made the hero one of the top heroes right away. Salman + Aamir had big debuts but still were a little behind Jackie, Sunny, Anil and Sanju. Ranbir flopped debuting. Srk even it took a few years. This guy made his debut and he immediately like the new no.1 (Maybe it had to do with his film being a hit while Pukar, Mela and PBDHH flopping all in same month) 😆 But no one had the impact he did just after one film

I laugh when people say someone had a "Successful" debut. If you have seen Hrithik's debut and craze after him, you won't give the "Superstar debut" to anyone.

I don't think there was even 50% of HR's debut craze in any star recently. 

The KNPH craze, HR mania that gripped the nation can't be described in words. You have to see it to believe it.
