i was told by people who follow other ekta actors like DT and Shabbir who are leads of their show with maximum ss, that they had managed to do their shows, the webseries, the advts, and other projects all together. So it shouldn't be an issue.

I completely and respectfully disagree with the part in bold.. only those who do their job kyunki sirf bolna hai just execute..but there are a few who question and suggest. Only questioning is not always good but a good strategy and suggestions are appreciated.. and the way one conveys it also makes a difference.

Cass, your frustrations are understood. But it doesn't work like the way you want it to. All that might be happening in the West, not in India and surely not in daily soaps.
