I don't find it surprising.I think she had a thing for Shukla but she had to choose between Shukla and Rashmi.She chose Rashmi.

Shukla also tried hard to get Devo to his side in the beginning but had to settle for Shehnaz.

I think she's is pissed with Rashmi over Arhan.So no surprises there either

Well Asim is a no one who went on to become more popular than TV bahus so there's resentment against him.
