I find Mahira S beautiful. Sorry I don't find Mahira K so. And no I don't find them similar.

Out of topic, but Madhurima resembles Saba Qamar.

For me Mahira Khan is extremely beautiful and mature.

Yeah they do but she’s Like a very bad version of Mahira khan who is stunning but Mahira sharma is a good looking girl nevertheless

I don't think so, their features are different. Both are beautiful in different ways. Mahira Khan is classy, she is mature while Mahira is too young. 

Yessssss Madhu do resemble Saba Qamar but Saba is more prettier🥰
