Illusion- Maya Drabble

Maaya, illusion. The person who named her had rightfully done so. 

She was an illusion that ignited fire of passion in others while she herself was so cold that there was no place for any more emotion in her.

She was an illusion that hid stories of pain hid behind her beauty.

She was an illusion that hid desires of revenge behind her smile.

Maaya, what the eyes see but the mind refuses to believe. The person who named her had rightfully

done so.
