Who is this A list lobby he speaks of?

Just stumbled upon this IV of Manoj Bajpayee: I cant post link on here, but his IV is on youtube on zoom!

In short, he states that you wont be accepted unless you suck up to this particular lobby. And further mentions that someone like Taapsee who has a "mind of her own" wont ever be accepted. He revealed quite a but. Really surprised by the cult mentality BW has under the covers?
