Servant treatment- double standard (bahu begum)

I have a question to everyone.

Begum Razia considers Yasmin her sister or her friend because Yasmin was there with Razia in her difficult times (episode 1). It is understood that difficult times for Razia means her husband (Azaan's father) abandoning her. At the most, what would have Yasmin done? Consoled her. Isn't it? Noor on the other hand being Azaan's childhood friend would also have consoled him. Just because of this, they have given such a big place to Yasmin and her daughter Noor in Begum Mahal.

Now coming to Dilruba. He played with his life to save Shayra when she was about to get murdered. Don't Dilruba have a higher place than them? It is so easy to console someone in their difficult times. But who can play with their life to save someone? Moreover Dilruba is just a servant. So it's none of his business to save Shayra (the future Bahu Begum). Still he was ready to die for her.

Yasmin before dying demanded everything from Shayra, Azaan and Razia for Noor. But Dilruba never demanded a single penny.

According to me, Dilruba was ready to sacrifice for Shayra. Whereas Yasmin only consoled Razia. Act of sacrifice is supreme. Dilruba did a better job as a servant than Yasmin. Dilruba should get more than what Yasmin got from Begum. Then why is Dilruba treated like a servant? Why has Begum Razia forgotten what Dilruba did for this house?

Yasmin did nothing for this house.She just consult Razia begum and being sweet infront of her and make a better and strong place for her daughter Noor.And make a create lot of trouble btween in Shazaan life.She just love her daughter and to make better place she just become great friend of Razia and i m sure about this.She allawys taked about Noor that how can she will become daughter inlaw in this house than when her dreams got broken she become a great mom for Shayra and start told her to take care of her daughter.For her those who can care of her daughter she will only become great for them.Noor is also just like her mom thats why she loves only Razia and Noor not others people not even ShayraEdited by tarasutaria - 4 years ago

She actually did nothing. You are right. Aahghar said the right thing to Yasmin in 1st episode: pehle hi bahut kuch le chuki hain aap begum se. Nawab bhi mil raha hai aapko. Abb aur kitna lengi? (You have taken everything from Begum Razia including Nawab. How much more do you want)? Shameless so called sweet Yasmin kept on demanding more from Razia. How can Razia not see this? How can Razia not see Dilruba's sacrifice? Or she noticed but ignored?

you know what i was thinking the same thing if they are treating the servant equally then what is wrong with Dilruba and the other one. when dad said to shaira you are younger Razia it meant you are same towards treating the same people the way RB does first comes Yasmeen and Noor in every thing .

Razia treated yasmin that way. Now shayra has a high chance of treating dilruba that way. Is this what you mean?

Shaira gives Dilruba that trust but Dilruba is not honest with them, if you remember he knows that Shaira did not kill Yasmin, he was the one who informed Asgar about CCTV footage, don't know the extent of his knowledge. It was a big thing that he did for Shaira but he is not trustworthy. 

We can keep banging our heads in this matter, the thing is that rules are different for different people, they won't punish Noor because Noor is not bad at heart and she is Yasmin's daughter 🙄

He did this before but after he was ready to die for Shayra.So lets see future episode he will again gone against Shayra or notEdited by tarasutaria - 4 years ago
