Are akanksha and anushka sisters? Asking since they look very different.

Yes they are, and yes they look very different.  Not just their faces.  Anushka is a tall woman, probably 5’7” or 5’8” whereas Akansha is shorter than Alia.  But Akansha seems to have a more natural classic face whereas Anushka’s seems too much of a generic pretty girl.  But that’s very eye of the beholder thing so ...
