No mole! You really know how to keep the suspense going but I'm guessing it maybe the person Arjun saw at the gynac hospital amd asked Shree to confirm 

Look at my Riya! She's confused about her feelings but she did end up checking out the guy. So proud of her! She also did a great job of cracking that case
